New construction community with resort style INDOOR/ OUTDOOR POOLS with water slide, splash pad & a recreational area only steps from the home.

Welcome to Cloud 9! Our brand new, roomy home is just what you need for an awesome vacation! Fully furnished & stocked with necessities, all you need is your suitcase & a few friends, to make lasting memories in a place we are so proud to have created. Wake up to views of the lake, stroll right next door to State Park Marina, or stay right near the home with a shared recreational area, playground, pickle ball courts, indoor/outdoor pool complete with splash pad & water slide only steps away. Minutes to Silver Dollar City, Top of the Rock & MANY other Branson area attractions!

Our space is setup perfectly to entertain large groups! 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms allow for everyone to have their own space while the large kitchen, 2 living rooms, game room, and 2 BACK DECKS provide all the opportunities for everyone to be together. BRAND NEW HOT TUB JUST ADDED! It features an open kitchen dining and living room with beautiful lake views on the main level. High speed internet and cable. TVs in living rooms and all bedrooms. Every bedroom has an attached bathroom except the bunk room. 17 TOTAL BEDS- SLEEPS 22! Main floor has a king bedroom and a bunk room that has 4 twins. Upper level has 2 bedrooms with king beds and 1 of those has a trundle with 2 twins to sleep the kiddos. The lower level has 1 Bunk room- sleeps 6 and 2 more king bedrooms, a second living room area and a game room area with shuffleboard, foosball and board games. Our home has NO sofa sleepers!!

If you do not have reviews on the platform we will request a photo of your drivers license for security purposes. No pets and must be 25 or older to book.

The whole home is all yours for you and your guests! You will also have access to all the neighborhood community amenities including the indoor pool, the out door pool, play ground, and pickle ball courts!

We will provide you with a custom door code 24 hours in advance to your stay.

The well thought out neighborhood also provides endless opportunities for memories to be made! Shared recreational area, playground, pickle ball courts, INDOOR/OUTDOOR pool complete with splash pad and water slide only steps away. Subdivision has paved access to a lakeside park with fire pits, seating areas & lake access. State Park Marina is located right next door for rental of boats and overnight boat slips. Several boat launches within 1 mile.

This was a great place for a family vacation. We had grandparents down to toddlers and this place had something for everyone. We really appreciated having the high chair and the kitchen stocked.

Our friends and family had an amazing time at this property! The house was incredibly clean and spacious, providing us with all the comfort we needed. As friends gathered to retreat and spend time in Bible study and prayer, we found ourselves in a beautiful and spacious home. It was delightful. The view of the lake was amazing.
