The area is amazing, we have a fantastic restaurant called Tria on our block, Mercado BYOB is half a block up and there are more than 30 places to eat within a 2 block radius. Right nearby on 13th and Walnut there are over 10 places to eat and gather as they close the street so people can walk and enjoy Center City Philadelphia.

This apartment is newly designed and renovated with plenty of comforts and space to feel at home.
Open living layout with comfortable couch, flat screen smart TV, large windows facing Spruce Street, AC, and a serene stylish design. Leads into a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of cookware, flatware and dishware. Stove top, oven, microwave, toaster, are all provided.
The bedroom is private and towards the other end of the apartment with a FULL size comfortable bed, plenty of closet and storage space, AC, and windows for sunlight and fresh air.

Parking: we are super centrally located so you don't need to drive around here, you can walk everywhere for all your needs. If you decide to drive, parking is as follows: during the day there are 2 hour parking limits, from 8am to early evening and free unlimited parking with no restrictions overnight. There are also pay to park garages nearby within 1-3 blocks.
Heating: Each apartment has electric baseboard heaters in them. They are typically white or cream colored metal units across the lower parts of the wall. Most of them have a knob on them for temperature control. Some apartments have one main control by the living room or kitchen call. It a metal unit that runs across the wall lower part. There is a knob on each right turns it higher. After a bit it gets very warm in there.
Public Transportation: You have the subway on Broad Street and Locust that takes you from one end of Philadelphia to the other. And on 11th Street and Market you can take the Frankford line that also crosses East to West in Philly.
