This was our second time staying here. Can’t beat the price and the proximity to CBP is great! Not quite close enough to walk, but you could. We would stay here again.

The location was great—conveniently located near several Metro stations, making it easy to get around. The apartment was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. Everything was as advertised, but there are a few things I wish I would have known. I didn't know about the parking situation. It's street parking which is fairly easy to find during the day, but when we got home around 11:00 p.m. on a Saturday night, we couldn't find a nearby spot had to park nearly a mile away. And the apartment is on the bottom floor. If there are people renting the space above, it can be extremely loud; I suggest bringing ear plugs. I wish I would have known that I should have brought bath soap. I also would have liked some sort of directory telling me about any nearby stores or restaurants.

A great spot. It was clean, the heat and AC worked well. We were there during the week and the neighborhood was quiet. Just the sound of people and cars as people went to work and school in the morning. From other reviews I knew to bring our own coffee and extra towels.

The apartment is clean overall. However, the floor can use a bit of cleaning. The water pressure is a bit low, and the bathroom should have a towel for the floor. The bed is comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and future guests could benefit from the changes suggested.

Our stay was good! Besides the walls being kind of then and hearing the people above us talk and make love, there weren't any other complaints. Perfect location near plenty of food options and close to the stadium. Perfect place for 2, even 4 people!

Very clean and comfortable. I have stayed here before and knew to bring my own soap and shampoo. Plenty of street parking before 4pm or 5pm. I really like the nearby restaurant El Mictian.
