Beautiful newly renovated 1bd 1br apartment. 1st floor (Entrance on the side Croskey St.) Location in the up and coming Point Breeze area of Philadelphia. Free street parking. About 10-15 mins from Center City, Sport Complex and Navy Yard. Also 10 mins to Passyunk Ave with lots of great restaurants and the famous Geno's Steaks.
Upstairs apartment is used for Vrbo as well.

The location was great—conveniently located near several Metro stations, making it easy to get around. The apartment was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. A great spot. It was clean, the heat and AC worked well. We were there during the week and the neighborhood was quiet. Just the sound of people and cars as people went to work and school in the morning. From other reviews I knew to bring our own coffee and extra towels.

The apartment is clean overall. However, the floor can use a bit of cleaning. The water pressure is a bit low, and the bathroom should have a towel for the floor. The bed is comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and future guests could benefit from the changes suggested.

Our stay was good! Besides the walls being kind of then and hearing the people above us talk and make love, there weren't any other complaints. Perfect location near plenty of food options and close to the stadium. Perfect place for 2, even 4 people!

The host was awesome. The apartment was clean, neat and awesome. The only thing I would add to the rental is an area rug for the living room, bedroom and DEFINITELY a bathmat for the bathroom, because the floors were cold. Also, if parking is available, secure the spot for upcoming renter. I had a hard to time finding parking especially with all the snow. Overall, I had an amazing time!
