The apartment is located on a 3rd floor walk up and the apartment faces the street so you can see Spruce Street and this lovely area directly from your bedroom window.

We also offer a community coin operated washer and dryer on the lower level.

Heating: Each apartment has electric baseboard heaters in them. They are typically white or cream-colored metal units across the lower parts of the wall. Most of them have a knob on them for temperature control. Some apartments have one main control by the living room or kitchen call. It is a metal unit that runs across the wall's lower part. There is a knob on each right that turns it higher. After a bit, it gets very warm in there.

I will mention the pros first. The property manager is responsive and communicates well. The area that the property is in is great for walking around and easy to access amazing restaurants. Check in and access was easy. However, there is a long list of negatives. For the first night, the knob on the shower was broken and I could not get any hot water-so no hot shower after a day of travel and long conference. This issue was not able to be resolved until the next evening. The shower head has minimal pressure and the shower is very small. There was some type of dark animal hair on the bed linens and a couple of the wash clothes (I do not have animals). The bathroom was very small and awkward to get ready and do my hair. The bed was terrible, uncomfortable and noisy. The TV is in basically in an inaccessible location, hung on a wall that faces the door and it doesn't swing or pivot. At night, there was a lot of outside noise that was easily heard- people screaming/yelling at each other, cars revving their engines and racing.
