In the resort 200 m from the centre of Montana, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 750 m from the lake, 550 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, south facing position. In the complex: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, public car park at 100 m, extra. Shop 200 m, supermarket 150 m, restaurant 250 m, bakery 200 m, 4 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Montana Poste" 60 m, railway station "Funiculaire Montana Gare" 350 m, bathing lake "Moubra" 1.6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km, tennis 1.6 km, skisport facilities 550 m, cross country ski track 1.6 km, ice rink 500 m. Nearby attractions: Alaïa Bay 28.8 km, Alaïa Club 5.9 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Grenon 750 m, Etang Long 2 km. Hiking paths: Bisse du Ro 3.7 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked. Très bien placé , grand balcon et magnifique vue
Appartement bien situé avec un beau balcon avec magnifique vue, au calme et près de tout. Appartement avec petite cuisine, bien pour 2 personnes. Un relooking du mobilier serait le bien venue. Les meubles sont vieux et usés, ainsi que les chaises du balcon. Le garage est très appréciable.

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen bei 2 Busstationen, die einem an alle Talstationen bringen. 100m von der Whg. hat es einen Coop zum Einkaufen. Im Haus ist es meistens recht still. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist herrlich. Es hat alles in der Whg., was man braucht in Küche, Wohn-, Bade- und Schlafzimmer. Das Inventar ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber alles in allem ganz gut.

Alles tip top für eine wunderschöne Ferienwoche in Crans Montana. Wir haben uns in dieser Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne ein anderes Mal wieder kommen.

Endroit magnifique et appartement très bien équipé. Magnifique balcon plein sud avec vue sur les montagne. Je recommande sans restriction et l'appartement se trouve à quelques minutes du centre. Parlong sous terrain à disposition

Bien situé, facile d'accès, supermarché tout proche, proche du centre et un peu en retrait, calme, belle vue du balcon sur les montagnes. Sol pas franchement propres (cuisine), tapis (salle à manger et chambre) crasseux. Coussins sofa devraient être lavés. Manque de lumière lors des repas (table). Tapis de douche manque. Matelas usés ce qui peut entraîner des maux de dos. Fond de baignoire usé. Beaucoup de poussière sous les meubles (sofa).

Lavabo de la salle de bain encombré de cheveux, ce n’est pas très agréable et l’eau ne s’évacue pas Il faudrait une prise multiple à la cuisine : chauffer de l’eau et faire le café, mais lorsqu’on la met, le néon clignote, car la prise n’est pas prévue pour ça … L’armoire du salon ne ferme pas et sinon tout est bien

ältere, aber gepflegte Wohnung, nahe beim Zentrum von Montana. Kein Luxus, aber alles vorhanden. Hat für unsere Skitage gut gepasst. Talstation zu Fuss erreichbar (10 Min.), Einkaufen gleich nebenan.

Très agréable logement, calme avec une magnifique vue sur les montagnes. Très bien situé (10 minutes à pieds des télécabines), bien centré avec une place de parking privative. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. On peut peut-être déplorer l'absence d'un four à raclette et d'un caquelon à fondue.....on est quand même en Suisse!!!!
