The apartment was decorated in late 2018 with new light furniture.
The apartment has a combined living and dining area, a bedroom and a bright shower room with underfloor heating and windows.
The living / dining area includes a new and modern kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer).
The modern living room has a flat screen TV and a stereo system. From the living room you can access the furnished balcony, from which you can enjoy the magnificent sea view in the Bay of Lübeck.
The bedroom, also with sea view, has a box spring board, a wardrobe and another flat screen TV.
In the community cellar of the house there is a washing machine and a dryer.
A parking space is available in the rear parking lot.
