About this property

Beautiful apartment (60 sqm) with two balconies.

Our apartment is located in our neat two-family house in the middle of the village of Ittendorf.

Ittendorf is a part of Markdorf (4 km) and is only 4 km from the shores of Lake Constance, in the middle of an idyllic landscape. It is an ideal starting point for visiting the numerous sights of the Lake Constance region and for bike tours and hikes in the beautiful Linzgau region.
In the village there is a pizzeria, a steakhouse and a broom.
There are very good shopping opportunities in neighboring Markdorf.

Our beautiful and newly renovated apartment has a size of 60 square meters, is suitable for 2 people and is equipped as follows:

Bedroom: double bed (1.80 x 2 m) with large wardrobe.
Living room: Large seating area, SaT TV, stereo, 2 balconies.
Kitchen: Modern and fully equipped with dining area, stove with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, extractor hood, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle.
Bathroom: shower, sink, toilet.
Balcony: Furnished and with a wonderful view of the Salem valley and the castle of Ittendorf.

Others:

Complete baby equipment with cot (no travel cot), high chair, changing mat, diaper pail, bottle warmer,
Potty and socket fuse is available on request.
Lockable room for bicycles and a parking space.
Rich breakfast or bread service is available on request
Closed from December 1st to February 28th.

Die Fotos passen!Die Wohnung war sauber und ruhig, die B33 hört man so gut wie nicht. Im Haus wohnen die Eltern der Vermieterin und eine alleinstehende ältere Dame, also auch da ganz ruhig.Schöne Aussicht, halt nicht auf See, aber das wussten wir ja.In der Küche hätte ich eine kleine Kasserolle zum Milch wärmen oder Eier kochen brauchen können, so musste ich den einzigen größeren Topf nehmen, ging aber auch.Im Dorf gibt es noch eine Pizzeria und einen täglich geöffneten Hofladen in dem man auch frühstücken kann.Wir haben dort allerdings nur sehr leckere Bötchen geholt.

Schöner Urlaub

wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht.Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen sehr geräumig und alles sehr sauber.Nur mit der Lampe im Schlafzimmer hatten wir ein Problem, da die Lampe eher vor dem Bett hängt und wir uns einige male den Kopf gestoßen haben :-)Die Abwicklung und Betreuung während des Aufenthaltes war TOP.Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Mooi, super schoon appartement in rustige omgeving.

We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen door de ouders van Karin die in het appartement eronder wonen. Ons werd direct drinken aangeboden en we kregen een korte rondleiding met uitleg. Op tafel stond een schaal met heerlijke verse pruimen. Het appartement is mooi, licht en praktisch maar ook sfeervol ingericht. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. We hebben nog nooit een vakantiehuis zo schoon aangetroffen! De douche, toilet, keuken alles was echt blinkend schoon. De bedden waren keurig opgemaakt en na 1 nacht slapen wisten we al dat ook aan de aankoop van de matrassen aandacht is besteed. Aan 2 kanten heb je een balkon. 1 met de ochtendzon en 1 met de avondzon. Ideaal. Wij hebben maar 1 dag binnen gegeten ivm regen. Verder altijd buiten. De auto kun je makkelijk voor de deur op eigen terrein parkeren. Wij hadden onze fietsen bij ons en die mochten we in de schuur/bijgebouw zetten. Ittendorf is een rustig plaatsje. Op 1 minuut lopen vanaf het appartement zit een heerlijke Italiaanse pizzeria. Voor je boodschappen moet je wel iets verder rijden {5 km} maar wij vinden dat geen probleem omdat we aan het einde van de dag altijd wel ergens langs een winkel/bakker komen. Het contact met Karin gaat snel en sympathiek. Ook het contact met haar ouders is leuk en gezellig. Belangstellend naar onze activiteiten en vriendelijk en zorgzaam. Dan stond er zomaar weer een wasmand met schone handdoeken voor onze deur. Karin en familie Wegis, hartelijk dank voor alles!!

Storchennest direkt vorm Balkon

Wir waren für 4 Tage in der Ferienwohnung. Sie ist frisch renoviert und sehr schön geworden. Das Highlight : ein Storchennest direkt vorm Balkon,, vielleicht 25 Meter entfernt. Es war absolut faszinierend, den Storcheneltern bei der Versorgung ihrer Brut zuzusehen.
