Waterfront Sunsets on Perdido Bay, Hot Tub, 4 Bedrm, 3 bath, Parking Onsite

Come enjoy our beautiful newly renovated spacious home and let your worries melt away. You’ve never seen sunsets like this. Dolphins are frequent visitors and the peace and tranquility here is unmatched. Enjoy the water if you want or just sit and watch, either way you’ll never want to leave. We know you’ll love being here as much as we do.

Guests are welcome to use the house, yard and hot tub. The hot tub is off the back porch and overlooks the bay!

There are two guest bedrooms plus a day bed on the main floor with 3 full baths. The remaining two guest bedrooms are upstairs. There is not a guest bathroom on the second floor. Both downstairs bedrooms have TVs; upstairs bedrooms do not. However the upstairs bedrooms have the best view ever of the bay.

Smart TVs are provided. Guests must log into their own streaming services for viewing. TVs are set up in guest mode which facilitates easy log in and log out for guests.

Guests are welcome to use the yard.

We offer self check in via keypad entry.

- Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. We love our neighbors so please be kind and courteous to them.
- If you open it, close it.
- If you borrow it, return it.
- If you break it, fix it.
- If you turn it on, turn it off when you are done.
- If you use it, take care of it.
- If you make a mess, please clean it up.
- If you move it, put it back.
- We recommend that all guests have traveler insurance (which covers your belongings) for the duration of their stay.
-Most importantly don’t miss the sunset, they might be the best in the world on the right day.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave used beds unmade (then we know what beds you used).
Start a load of towels in the washer if you have time.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely no parties Quiet hours 10 pm to 8 am. We expect our guests to be exceptional neighbors. Do not sleep on top of our couches or chairs.
If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back. If you use it, take care of it.

Absolutely beautiful

We had an amazing stay. The home was exactly like it was on the description. The view was absolutely beautiful. So peaceful and quiet. There was even cooking ingredients available, coffee, extra toiletries, and firewood that we were able to use. Most places do not provide these items. I would definitely recommend.

The house is beautiful, spectacularly stocked, very clean and was above and beyond in almost every way possible. The only down side is that this bay has warnings of bacteria periodically due to the sewage water drop nearby. We were warned not to eat any catch off the dock because of the bad water test reputation. We had a child step on a rusty roofing nail in the front yard, so keep an eye out for those, unexpected trips to urgent care aren’t fun. The stove had pilot light issues as well.

Thanks for staying and we are so sorry your child stepped on a rusty roofing nail. We will keep our eyes out for any more of those!!! Also wanted to let you know that the pilot light for the left stove was fixed last week; unfortunately we had to wait months for a part. Lastly I wanted to speak to the water quality of Perdido Bay. There is a huge conservation project surrounding Perdido Bay due to the rich habitat for fish, birds, etc. Below is the URL to the water quality page where you can check the water quality of Perdido Bay monthly: https://www.arcgis.com/apps/dashboards/ad41dd1cb28642fe806e2f3588b11ff8. Our house is located in the upper segment of Perdido Bay and Enterococci (MPN) threshold is 130 which hasn't been seen since 2018. We also are unaware of any allowed sewage drops but will definitely be researching that.

Everything was great. Great fishing off of the amazing dock. Great paddle boarding. Great home. Away from the busyness of town but easily accessible to everywhere. Definitely recommend for anyone. Calm. Quiet. Peaceful.
