For shared use: property 1 ha with trees. Motor access (200 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop "Moulin à Huile" 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km. Tennis 10 km. Hiking paths: Ayguier neuf 2 km, Travignon 5 km. Please note: car recommended. Additional accommodations can be booked. Property ref. FR8033.105 is situated on the same property. Lake,Apt 10 km. Please note: on the ground, 50 meters of rental, protected swimming pool reserved for owners.
"Les Huppes", 3-room house 70 m2 on 2 levels. Entrance hall. Walk-through room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Electric heating. On the lower ground floor: living/dining room with TV (flat screen), wood-burning stove. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking. Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Douze sur dix….

On ne peut qu’être d’accord et confirmer tous les avis positifs. Gite très bien situé, bien équipé et tres confortable. Trés beau coin avec quoi à faire et à visiter. On a beaucoup aimé la petite ville sympa de St. Saturnin. Merci beaucoup à M et Mme E…..bonne continuation. À la prochaine…..

Très bon accueil

Le couple d’hôtes a été bienveillant avec nous. Toujours disponibles, ils n’hésitent pas à donner des conseils pour les balades ni à vous satisfaire si vous avez des besoins particuliers. Le logement est très bien équipé. Seul bémol : l’accès à internet qui n’est pas toujours stable. La lecture d’un bon livre peut palier ce défaut car le lieu est paisible. Notre chienne a été très bien accueillie également. Je recommande ce lieu pour tous ceux qui aiment la nature et le calme.

Gîte très agréable et sympathique. Très facile de cuisiner, tout est présent. Le lits sont très confortables. Il est très facile de s'intégrer rapidement. Malgré tout une poubelle de tri et un endroit pour le compost seraient les bienvenus.
