Welcome to Salt & Sage Stay — a thoughtfully designed 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat in Hollywood, Florida, created for guests who want more than a place to sleep. This is a home designed around comfort, natural textures, relaxed Florida living, and the small details that make a vacation feel special.

Located about 10 minutes from Hollywood Beach, Salt & Sage Stay gives you an easy home base for sunny beach days, poolside afternoons, family time, and exploring South Florida. Come back from the beach, rinse off under the outdoor shower, cool down in the private plunge pool, gather for dinner, or simply slow down and enjoy your own space.

THE SALT & SAGE FEEL

Salt & Sage Stay was created with a modern jungle-beach aesthetic: warm natural wood, soft sand and white tones, calming sage green, greenery, subtle blue accents, and simple black details. The goal was to create a home that feels elevated but never fussy — beautiful enough to enjoy and comfortable enough to truly live in during your stay.

Every room has been intentionally furnished and styled so the home feels cohesive and welcoming. Rather than filling the space with unnecessary décor, we focused on natural textures, useful amenities, comfortable furnishings, and thoughtful touches that make it easy to settle in.

THE BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

With four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, the home can accommodate up to nine guests. The layout is designed to give families and groups room to gather while also providing private spaces to retreat at the end of the day.

And because your bedroom is such an important part of a vacation, we paid particular attention to the bedding and textiles.

Our sheets are 100% cotton percale, selected for their crisp, breathable, comfortable feel. We have also intentionally chosen OEKO-TEX® certified textiles in the home where available, reflecting our preference for thoughtfully selected materials and fabrics.

THE THOUGHTFUL DETAILS

One of the things that makes Salt & Sage Stay different is our attention to the everyday products guests actually use.

We have intentionally selected a number of products with simpler, more thoughtful formulations whenever practical.
Our selections include paraben and phalate-free plant-based laundry and bath products, PFAS-free dishwasher detergent, bamboo toilet paper, FSC-certified and unbleached paper products, unbleached coffee filters, and stainless-steel cookware.

Our guest bath products are selected with ingredients in mind and are sulfate-, phosphate-, and paraben-free. We also favor cleaning products that avoid unnecessary harsh ingredients where practical.

THE PRIVATE PLUNGE POOL and OUTDOOR SHOWER

One of the most inviting features of Salt & Sage Stay is the private plunge pool.

After a morning at Hollywood Beach, come home and take a refreshing dip. Spend a sunny afternoon relaxing outside, let the kids enjoy some pool time, or cool off before heading out for dinner.

The pool and shower area is designed as an extension of the home, surrounded by greenery and natural accents that complement the relaxed, modern aesthetic.

Whether you spend ten minutes in the water or make an entire afternoon of it, the plunge pool gives you another way to enjoy the Florida sunshine without leaving the house.

OUTDOOR LIVING

South Florida is meant to be enjoyed outdoors, so we made the backyard an important part of the Salt & Sage experience.

Rinse away sand and sunscreen under the natural-wood outdoor shower after a beach day. Relax around the fire pit in the evening. Enjoy the tree swing, spend time playing games, or simply sit outside and enjoy a slower moment.

The outdoor space is designed for both adults and kids, giving everyone a place to unwind. It’s the kind of space where a quick swim can turn into an afternoon outside and where an ordinary evening can become one of your favorite vacation memories.

LIVING & GATHERING

Inside, the home offers comfortable spaces for relaxing, talking, watching a movie, playing games, and spending time together.

The design is warm and uncluttered, with natural wood and soft neutral tones balanced by sage green and greenery. The atmosphere is intentionally calm and welcoming rather than overly themed.

Whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or a group celebrating a special occasion, there is room to gather together while still having separate bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy.

THE KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen is set up for real vacation living. Prepare coffee and breakfast before heading out for the day, pack snacks for the beach, or make dinner at home after a busy day exploring.

You’ll find the essentials for cooking and serving meals, along with stainless-steel cookware and thoughtfully selected kitchen items.

The dining and gathering areas make it easy to enjoy meals together rather than having everyone disappear into separate spaces. Of course, Hollywood also offers plenty of opportunities to dine out, so you can make your stay as relaxed or as adventurous as you like.
