NO HEAT!!!!!
I booked this house a few months in advance and when we arrived there was no heat in the house and the hot tub was not working nor was the hot water downstairs. After calling them and complaining y'all sent someone over who fixed the hot tub and water issue but told us the heat was a bigger issue. (It's 8 degrees outside by the way and I have 2 young kids). WE HAD NO HEAT FOR THE ENTIRE STAY !!! y'all brought space heaters that didn't do anything ! Most would shut itself off or would pp the breaker and I was having to go down stairs and up popping them absolutely a nightmare. And then when y'all decided to give me a refund you give me $250?? I expect a lot more then that I have a cold do to no heat in the house. Plus I bought at least $200 worth of fire wood! And left some for your next guest.

Beautiful home but lack cleanliness
House is perfect for a large group if friends. The hot tub is noy the same one as frstured in the pictures but worked well and was still big enough for those of us that wanted to use it. The kitchen is very spacious and well equipped for cooking and baking. House is within walkimg distance to a couple if trails which was great since only some of the member in our group wanted to hike. It is close to many attractions and in a quiet neighborhood. Howevee, we dont think any of our sheets were washed as some had makeup on the pillow cases and others mentioned that the pillows smelled like someone sweaty had slept on them. Carpets snd rug did not appear to be well vaccummed or even vacuumed at all. The property manager was great to work with an reimbursed the cleaning fee. Other than that, plenty of space for all to spread out but with a great kitchen for gathering and nice everyone had their own bathrooms. There was an issue with one of the bathrooms but those things are sometimes unavoidable. I would assume that was a priority to fix and shouldnt be an issue for future stays.

Beautiful mountain home
The house was beautiful and clean. The views were wonderful. There was a large supply of bath towels, which I find rare in rent houses. The kitchen was stocked, although with a lot of unhealthy coated cookware which we could not use. It was very roomy.
