The host Matt was very helpful and made himself available if we needed anything. The house is in a great location on the east vail bus route and is ideal for a winter getaway!
Great property! Plenty of space and comfortable beds. Easy check in/out process. Minimal and simple tasks to do for check out. The lake and walking trail was nice to have close by and the hot tub on the patio was awesome for our group.
We enjoyed this property with the convenient location to the park and playground and pool. The home was stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals and entertaining two young boys. Our first trip to Vail was such a memorable one!
We had a wonderful ski vacation. The snow was amazing. We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was well equipped with everything you could need. The hot tub was the perfect place to relax after a long day on the slopes. The walk to the shuttle took about 10 minutes in ski boots.
Our group has been skiing annually for decades. About half the time the trip is in Colorado.. Matt’s condo was clean, well equipped (including private hot tub), and close to Vail and Beaver Creek. Matt was also very responsive to our questions.Highly recommend this property.
This house was well-maintained, clean, and very spacious. Matt was communicative throughout the entire process and very responsive. The house is located close to Vail Village and the neighborhood is very nice. The kitchen is stocked nicely and the rooms are all clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this house!
We enjoyed our week here. Unit was clean, well maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hot tub was great to have after a long day on the slopes. It’s about a 10 min drive into the village… we rented a car and had no problems finding parking in the village each day, and we were there over the busy new years week. Thanks for having us!

Hi Lauren,
Thank you for staying with us and being a great guest! We are glad to hear you enjoy the home. If you come back to Vail please reach out!
Thanks,
Matt
First time we have stayed this far away from the slopes. Commuting was remarkably quick and easy. Parking at Vail Transportation Center or Lionshead. idieaseasy
Our two family group of 8 really enjoyed this condo! It was very well stocked with all you needed in the kitchen, bedroom and bathrooms, including accommodations for little kids. The entire condo, including the hot tub, was very clean. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the common areas were just big enough for our group.
The owner was also VERY responsive over the VRBO app to any questions we had before and during our stay.
Great property for a family getaway with room to spare! Host was very responsive and accommodating! Access to Vail bus route less than a 5 minute walk (about a 20 minute shuttle to Vail village (or drive yourself in about 10 minutes). Wood-burning fireplace on main level and inviting hot tub is just about four steps out the back patio from there! Bighorn park is within easy walking distance and this would be great for summer trips as well. Definitely would recommend as a more affordable alternative to Vail Village.
There was no toilet paper and no garbage bags when we arrived. We received an apology but no solution.

We sincerely apologize that the starter supplies were not fully stocked upon your arrival. This was an isolated oversight on the part of our cleaning team, and we’ve already updated our turnover checklist to ensure essentials, such as toilet paper and trash bags, are always in place before each stay. Guest comfort and experience are very important to us, and we are committed to making sure this does not happen again.”
We value all guest feedback and are committed to continuous improvement. Most guests find our home very well-stocked and comfortable, and we’re confident future visitors will have a seamless stay.
As a family, we were happy to find a place in Vail (actually it was East Vail) that had enough bedrooms to accommodate all of us. We also liked the pool and hot tubs. The neighborhood was nice, and close to the river.
Unfortunately, we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit, especially the carpet. And, some necessary items, such as soap in the bathrooms, were not provided.
One of the best renting experiences i’ve had. Matt was a super host, always available, quick to answer and very helpful. The house is in great condition, very close to vail village. Everything was exceptionally clean, very cozy house. 100% recommended!
To lead up to our stay, we had great communications from the owner. There were renovations going on and he let us know the status and progress. It was much appreciated and I'm glad I stayed with the selection as it was perfect for us, our kids and our grandkids. The combination of the location to Big Horn Park, the pool and the hot tub all added up for a great stay. There were games for the kids. The beds were comfortable. And the kitchen was well equipped. We couldn't have asked for more. I highly recommend this place and will return when our family decides to return to Vail.
We stayed here for 2 weeks, during the Christmas holiday. The condo was a good setup for our family and convenient to Vail mountain.
Loved the hot tub! Spacious, HOT, and 3 steps from back door.
The attached garage had enough room for an extended Chevy Suburban, without the ski rack. Also, plenty of parking across in the parking lot.
There’s a big TV in main room (Netflix , Hulu, plus assortment of kid/family DVDs) and another TV in master bedroom.
Bunk beds were fantastic! Strong and stable. Enough room on bottom bed to sit up. You can tell these were well made; not like the cheap ikea-type ones in other vrbos we’ve stayed in.
We didn’t try to use fireplace (I’m nervous about wood burning ones) but there was a ton of fresh cut firewood all along the garage wall.
I would have liked a bit more lighting in the main room; area where the ceiling is flat. (although we like it sunshine bright!)
Plenty of pillows and towels, including a ton of beach towels. There aren't closets in the downstairs bedroom or two of the upstairs bedrooms, but there were full-size dressers and a bi-fold closet in the bunk room. Plus, a very big master closet.
Lots of toddler bowls, dishes, cups and forks. A dedicated space for little kids to play in the upstairs bedroom.
Hot water was fast and endless! (although it was initially confusing because the shower valves are backwards.)
Owner Matt swiftly replied to my inquiries and questions. Property maintenance crew did a great job with snow removal--keeping the driveway clear, and they also swept the inside of garage, at my request.
Matt’s professionalism is exactly what you’d want from a vrbo owner.
Thank you, Matt, for helping to make our Christmas/Ski Vacation special!
Excellent accommodations. Great space for family gathering. We enjoyed the hot tub, grill and living space. Bedrooms all comfy and spacious. In these COVID times and great
Place to do outdoor activities.

There is plenty of space for everyone in this large half-duplex. There are numerous activities nearby to enjoy during each season. We make it feel like a home, not a hotel.
What makes this property unique
Private hot tub and patio, large common pool and hot tub, grill, attached garage, walk to free Town of Vail bus to get into the village, walk to Big Horn Park, lots of hiking trails nearby. East Vail Market with liquor store a short drive away.
