Cozy and exclusive Wohnunung with shopping

In Mechernich-Antweiler stands this special mini-loft created in painstaking detail. It was built around 1900 and completely rebuilt in 2015. Consciously a mix of the modern and the old was created here. A self-supporting staircase over the living area, a screed floor, and a Epxoidharzboden in the bathroom with rain shower give the whole a great atmosphere. The house is 74sqm in size and can accommodate up to 3 people (by arrangement, but also a mattress can be provided). Dogs are allowed and find time for a short run in an adjacent garden.
Other high-quality equipment: stove, spacious luxury kitchen, bathroom with spa shower, underfloor heating, electric. Shutters etc. Balcony with garden furniture.

10 km to Mechernich, Bad Münstereifel or Euskirchen, 5 minutes to the A1 (ramp Wißkirchen), 50 km to Cologne, 40 km to Monschau.
Right next to your apartment invites you a scenic environment (Eifel National Park) for walking or hiking.

The open-air museum and the wildlife park in Kommern can be reached in 15 minutes.
