Apartment in Peetzig am See

The small apartment in our house in Peetzig am See. Quiet location in the wonderful nature of the Uckermark. The swimming area of the Peetzigsee is 200 meters away, the garden of the house can be used completely, also sauna and swimming pond are available. Sometimes you share the garden with guests in the other apartment of the house or with our family with small children.

The small apartment has a separate entrance and is located in a well-kept country house (built in 1900) with three residential units. The house was renovated in 2011 high quality. The apartment has a size of about 25 sqm, divided on 2 floors. On the lower floor are the bathroom and the hall with built-in wardrobe, in the upper floor the living / bedroom with kitchenette. The upper floor is accessible via a staircase. The bed is a high-quality box spring bed with a size of 160 x 200 cm. The couch can be used as a sofa bed and in this case has a size of 120 x 200 cm. A travel cot is available if required.
The maximum number of guests stated in the ad is 3. Mainly therefore, so that families with a child can book the apartment. Please note that the apartment is relatively small for a stay with 3 adults and is only suitable for frequent outdoor stay.

The garden with a size of 2000 square meters, two terraces in west facing position, swimming pond with jetty, a separate Finnish sauna house and orchard meadow can be used completely. When using the sauna, we ask you to heat the stove yourself. A barbecue and a fire bowl are available.

The Peetzigsee is about 200 m from the house, a horse farm about 100 m. Worthwhile is a visit to the nature discovery center "Blumberger mill", about 25 minutes by bike on the bike path Berlin-Usedom away. There is also a restaurant, other restaurants / cafes / snack bars in Steinhöfel, Wilmersdorf, Wolletzsee and in Angermünde. In Greiffenberg (about 1.5 km) there is a small grocery store and a bakery. Gut Kerkow has an organic farm shop with a complete range of food, open Monday through Sunday. Supermarkets are in Angermünde.
