This is a fantastic location for a fun-filled stay. Whether you are looking for entertainment a short walk away or a kicked-back getaway, this perfectly situated Southside loft delivers both. You are walking distance from Chattanooga's Entertainment District where there is something for everybody including busy nightlife, some of Chattanooga's best restaurants, shuttles, city bikes, and more. You're sure to have a great time with this as your home base.

The space itself is part of a 100 year old restored building with original hardwoods, high ceilings, and exposed brick. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make a nice meal, have some morning coffee, or kick back with a couple of cocktails. The space has been updated with a new thermostat, smart door locks, and a washer/dryer for your comfort and convenience.

The fireplace is not operable.
There are neighbors above and a tap room downstairs. If you are bothered by city noise or building noise, this loft may not be a good fit. Please consider before booking this space.

I wish I could live there!

The loft was super clean and cozy! The bed was comfy and the shower pressure was top tier. It was in a great location and made getting around the city super easy. I would highly recommend this place if you’re visiting, I’ll definitely be staying there again!

Great Loft. A/C didn’t work

The loft is awesome, but the A/C didn’t work at all, and the last two reviewers who’ve stayed there had the same issue. I stayed the first night thinking it may just need some time to cool off, but it actually got hotter instead. I was only issued a partial refund for the remaining nights that I didn’t stay there after 4 days of back and forth with the management company. Cool place, but make sure the air is working asap.

Beautiful but HOT

We came to Chatt for my birthday and rented this beautiful 2nd floor apartment. From the exposed brick to the hardwood, it was a timeless rental. It has all the amenities you need while you’re there. The bar down stairs is also VERY good and a great atmosphere. HOWEVER, our only complaint is that the AC is a “Nest” system. During our stay it never got below 75 in the apartment. My partner and I even had to sleep in separate rooms due to it being so hot. At its hottest it was 78 in the apartment. It was miserable our last night there. If you don’t mind being a little warm, this is a beautiful and convenient place to stay while on vacation in Chattanooga.

Clean but rough location

The actual VRBO was clean, but much smaller than the pictures appeared to make it look. Thankfully it was just my husband and I so the size of the place wasn’t an issue. The place had pretty much everything we needed for cooking several meals. The location was a bit sketchy, as we got approached by several people wandering the streets during our stay. Reached out to both property managers with questions and never received a response. Overall was a good experience just a few details for others to be aware of before they come visit!
