Luxury Condo- Historic St. Elmo-The Incline-Rock City-Mountain Views-Chattanooga

Welcome to the new modern and stylish "Inclined to Stay," located in the heart of historic St. Elmo! Walk out on the ground level of this newly constructed 3 story condominium and across the street to the front door of The Incline Railway, which opened in 1895. Enjoy amazing views from the third-floor balcony (including The Incline) when you’re not out exploring all the Scenic City has to offer!

"We spent three nights at this amazing property while our home was undergoing some repairs and we felt immediately at home! The host was super responsive and maintained excellent communication during our stay. The kitchen is well stocked and that allowed us to cook breakfast every morning. The area is safe and quiet. I'd highly recommend staying at this lovely rental." - Alejandra, Mar 2024

"Absolutely adored the space. It was a home away from home. The place was spotless, we were able to cook meals with no problems. There was a balcony to drink coffee outside on the deck. The bed was spacious. There was a washer and dryer. And there were multiple TVs so he could play his game and I could watch Netflix. The host were extremely welcoming and very proactive with helping with any questions we had. Will definitely book again⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️:" - Lehuanani, Feb 2024

"Spirit of excellence - We travel often and this property is more than just above par from the moment you walk in, till the moment you leave, every detail is done with excellence." - Joshua, Jan 2024

"The place was immaculate, had plenty of space and neat features like a third floor patio/balcony. Parking was convenient and off the street. Our hosts were responsive and helpful. We were not familiar with the neighborhood and immediately fell in love: walkable to a great independent coffee shop, a number of great restaurants, the Incline Railroad (which is actually not to be missed!),. We are definitely coming back!: - Carin, Nov 2023

"Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The property is beautifully decorated, thoughtfully arranged and well supplied with everything from toiletries to kitchen utensils. The king bed was extremely comfortable. The bed linens were beautiful and of fine quality, as were the towels in the bath. Getting in and out of the property was a breeze and it was great having free parking. We enjoyed the balcony every day for coffee or cocktails. We loved the neighborhood, which was close to not only the Incline Railway, but Ruby Falls and other local attractions. Downtown is easily accessible, too. All in all, we were "inclined to stay" longer, but had to return to reality. This is a great place and I highly recommend it." - Beth, Sept 2023

CLEAN, COMFY, AND CONVENIENT
I am a snob about clean accomodations and this place was perfect. The unit had everything we needed. Location is great for lots of local attractions. Spring break 2024 w/our grandbabies 6yr old boy & 2yr old girl. Monday to Thursday. It was our first adventure out of town with both without Mama & Daddy. If your littles are accustomed to stairs, you'll be ahead of the game. We are not, so it was a little bit of a learning curve for the 2yr old. We all slept in the first floor room together because having them upstairs on the third floor was out of our comfort level. We were all fine in the one room. It was plenty of space. Loved having the washer and dryer to keep the take home laundry to a minimum. IYKYK The location is within walking distance to the Incline railway, ice cream shops and several restaurants. We love 1885 Grill St Elmo, definitely dine in. Mr. T's Pizza is more wallet friendly. My husband walked to pick up our order and we ate at the condo. They have a great garden salad you can customize yourself. There's a grocery store approximately a quarter of a mile away. I wish now we had spent a little time sitting on the upstairs balcony. I walked out on it the first day and then we started going to all of the places and now we're back home. It's fast how quickly time flies.

Perfect location
Property was just as described. Perfect stay. Great communication with owner. In a great spot if you are in town for Ruby Falls and Rock City. Close to restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Straight shot into downtown for the aquarium and other activities. Will definitely look at this spot again when we come back to Chattanooga.

“Inclined to stay” indeed
New build, very clean, and wonderfully decorated. Modern yet cozy. We loved it. This location is perfect, with <5 minute walks to some really good food, coffee and groceries. 10min. drive to downtown. We were very pleased with this property! Did not want to leave.
