Let your worries drift away on the cool mountain breeze as you reconnect with nature in this stunning 5 bedroom 3 bath home located in the desirable Summit Lake neighborhood. Tucked away beneath the pines, the exterior of this home offers a classic cabin feel while the modern interior provides all the comforts of home.

As you step inside, you’ll notice the high vaulted ceilings and large open windows that provide a welcoming and spacious environment in the main living space. A plush L-shaped sofa sits in front of a mounted flatscreen TV, providing the perfect spot to kick up your feet and catch up on your favorite shows. Bond with the kids or enjoy a night at home with friends with a game of shuffleboard. A fireplace fills the room with warmth, allowing you to cozy up and defrost after a long day on the slopes. The open concept kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances such as two ovens and plenty of meal prep space with stunning white quartz countertops. Bring your favorite coffee pods and enjoy your morning coffee from the Nespresso Vertuo machine, Seating for three can be found at the kitchen island while additional seating for eight can be found at the large dining room table.

Access to the backyard can be found through a set of sliding glass doors in the living room. Step outside and enjoy the flawless Big Bear weather as you take advantage of the fully fenced yard. Let the kids explore without worry as you barbeque on the propane grill. A Traeger grill is also provided, just bring your own pellets to use! Cornhole, Jenga and a large playset with swings will provide hours of fun for the little ones while the adults will love soaking in the hot tub under the starry night sky. Towering pine trees provide a shady grass area for picnics or just relaxing on a blanket and listening to the sounds of nature. A large picnic table gives you the perfect spot to enjoy your meals or morning coffee. When the sun goes down, gather around the firepit and roast marshmallows as you make lasting memories with family and friends. Keep the fun going and head over to the garage that has been converted into a game room. Try your hand at ping pong on the ping pong table or shoot some hoops at the basketball arcade game.

Back inside, you’ll find a set of stairs off the main living space that leads you to a loft. This loft offers another sectional couch that pulls out into a queen size bed for extra sleeping space. A flatscreen t.v equipped with a nintendo switch and bookshelf with a variety of books turns the loft into the perfect hang out space. When all the fun has tired you out, head down the stairs where five bedrooms wait to provide you with a restful night's sleep. The first bedroom is the master bedroom and provides a cozy king size bed. A large mounted flatscreen t.v allows you to have movie night from the comfort of your room. An attached master bathroom and private access to the backyard is also provided in this room. Another king size bed can be found in the second bedroom as well as a mounted flatscreen t.v and spacious closet. The third and fourth bedrooms both offer queen size beds with one providing a mounted flatscreen t.v and the other offering private access to the backyard. The last bedroom you’ll find provides a fun twin xl over queen bunk bed the kids will adore.

The Cub House is in one of the best locations Big Bear has to offer. In the summer months, Ski Beach Park is walking distance from the home and provides incredible views of the lake as well as fun activities for the kids to enjoy. The Village Shopping Center is only a 4 minute drive from the home, giving you quick access to a ton of restaurants and nightlife options. Big Bear Alpine Zoo is 2 miles away and is a favorite stop amongst locals and visitors alike. During the winter Snow Summit Ski Resort offers some of the best slopes in Big Bear and is a short 4 minute drive away.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit  
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7  
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.  
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you  
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations  
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines  
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction  
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
