PRIVATE POOL AND HOT TUB! In Town spacious 8 Bedroom and 8.5 Bathroom home.

Our 4800 sq feet home features 6 Master suites (King size beds) and 2 bunkbed rooms. Each bunkbed room sleeps 6 and includes a full bathroom. All Master suites include TV, dressers, extra pillows and of course the private bathroom.

This place is great if you want to stay in or go out! With the large TVs in the common areas, an arcade area, and a hot tub, there is activities for all. With 8 bedrooms privacy is available as well.

There is a large cooking area including 2 stoves, 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves and a fridge upstairs and a full fridge downstairs.

Wyze video doorbell is installed at the front door and 2 Wyze floodlight cameras off the back deck for security (one for the steps and one for the pool).

Great Stay

Very nice place near everything Branson has to offer. All of the bedrooms are very large with nice bathrooms attached. Multiple refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, and dishwashers makes it great for a large group.

Great property.

Total five-star property. Stayed with five other couples, total 12 people. Space never felt small. Truly designed for larger groups, and located close to all of Branson, but private enough to not feel too close to neighbors. My only suggestion would be to provide instructions on the thermostat. None of us had seen one like it, so took a little trial and error to operate. Definitely would stay there again.

Great for family reunion

Very nice home, great location. We had plenty of space to gather with adults upstairs and kids downstairs. And laundry both places! Truly a perfect spot for a big group. Owner very responsive. We’ll return.

This was our 5th group trip and this house was a major success with all of us. The layout/floorplan is brilliant. So much room and the best stocked place I’ve ever seen. Chad was a wonderful host and was quickly available for the one question we had. Highly recommend 👍👍

Family Reunion

This is a wonderful house for a large group with 8 bedrooms all with their own bathroom and tv's. two rooms ad bunkbeds for the kids worked out great. Large kitchen with double stove, ovens and dishwashers. Lots of room close to downtown.

Guys Golf Trip 2024

Our group was in town for our annual golf trip. We’ve come to Branson four years straight and this was hands down the best property we’ve stayed at and plan to again. Chad was really great to us and hopefully we took care of the house to his liking. It perfectly suited our needs for 10 guys and could easily house a few more if we wanted. Thanks Chad!

Perfect for our corporate retreat

Chad is an amazing host! His rental is perfect for any large group/family. He provides excellent customer service to his guests. There is plenty of everything you need in the kitchen: pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, etc. Washer/dryer on both floors. We loved this location for our corporate retreat.

Great property. I had a family of 25 who stayed here and we all enjoyed it.

Chad was very nice . Anytime I needed to reach out he would reply bk and he was very helpful. The kids loved the gaming area inside the property . It’s literally 10 mins away from things the kids would love. Aquarium, arcades and lots of other great places !

No white linen and price on property tripled for next year same time.

Enjoyed the property. Would have preferred white towels and linen. Don't like color towels or color bedding. Would have rented for next year same time, but the price tripped. Can't do that.

Check-In was simple. The kitchen with double microwaves, sinks, and dishwasher was handy. Extra refrigerator on lower level was perfect for added space for our family of 11. This house is close to everything and easy to get to all attractions without traveling on the long busy Branson strip.

July 11 to 18The house was great for our family reunion. The kitchen had everything you needed 2 refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, and dishwashers. All the grown ups enjoyed having a king bed and own bathroom. The 2 bunk rooms worked great for all the grand children. We had trouble figuring out the thermostat but Chad took care of it also had a handle come of a shower and Chad was right over to fix it. So he is only a phone call away. Everyone enjoyed the pool as we had a hot and humid week. Would definitely recommend this place for your reunion.
