THE APARTMENT "NAUTILUS-BAY SUITES Apt. 411"
This spacious apartment on the ground floor of the newly built house "Nautilus-Bay Suites" in Zavala is designed for couples or families with up to 2 children and has a double bedroom and a large living room with sofa bed and is modernly furnished and fully equipped. In the spacious living and dining room there is also a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area for 4 people, with a view from the terrace over the garden and the old trees to the sea.
The apartment has approx. 60 square meters of floor space including the south-facing terrace and consists of a double bedroom (approx. 11 square meters), a large bathroom (6 square meters) with shower and WC, a guest WC (3 square meters) and a spacious living room (approx. 30 square meters) with dining area, sofa area (sofa bed) and a fully equipped fitted kitchen. The living room with large glass surfaces opens via the sliding door to the south onto the spacious ground-level terrace (approx. 25 m²). From the terrace you can enjoy the view under the trees to the sea and nature.
The apartment is approx. 70m from the sea, where there is also a small, clean pebble beach (Gorma Bay). So you are only a few steps away from the beach.
THE HOUSE "NAUTILUS-BAY SUITES"
"The house was built and opened in 2023 and impresses with its architecture and the stone facade made of stones from the island. The house is located on a plot set back from the road and is therefore very quiet. There are numerous apartments and guest houses in the neighborhood, and a small, clean pebble beach is about 70 m from the house.
The floor plans of the apartments are designed for families and are suitable for longer stays and all seasons with fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms, as well as air conditioning and heating. Great emphasis was placed on design and quality in the modern furnishings; the beds are all made of solid oak or ash and fitted with high-quality mattresses. The sofa beds are also of high quality and have springs and slatted frames.
The living areas all face the sea and you can see the sea from all the terraces. When building the house, we attached great importance to preserving the ancient trees. The trees provide shade for guests and create a wonderful climate, especially in summer when it can get very hot here."
There are several areas in our house that you can use as our guests.
1. laundry room: In the laundry room there is a washing machine and a dryer.Here you will also find other things such as brooms, cleaning buckets etc.
2. barbecue station: Behind the house in the parking lot there is a shared gas barbecue, which you are welcome to use. Cleanliness and consideration for other guests is expected.
3. sunbathing areas in the garden:In the garden there are some sun loungers in the shade of the pine trees in the summer months, where you are welcome to spend the day.
4. parking lot: There is enough space for all guests in the private parking lot.
