Construction is complete! Located on popular Ali'i Drive just south of Magic's Beach this spacious 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is ready to help you experience the best Kona has to offer. With a large kitchen, a Japanese soaking tub, a pool, a sauna, and grill to cook your favorite dinners, this space can't be beat.
This property has an ocean view and is blocks from beach access. Great for a family trip or just a friendly trip of a lifetime to Hawaii.
Two living areas, large master plus en suite.
There is a caretaker who lives in a separate apartment on site. This individual takes care of the grounds and pool as well as any property maintenance.

Was a nice roomy house in a great location. House was nice and cool for hot days. Only downside is we were not able to turn off AC and open doors and windows to let in kona breeze and ocean sounds. Also odd that windows and sliding doors have no screens Household and beach accessories limited but overall a really nice place to stay.

Great Home Base for Week-Long Visit
Great house with lots of space. Easy check in, very clean. They just re-did the beautiful pool. Rachel, the house attendant was so sweet and gave us great insight on some local spots to visit. Would highly recommend for small groups and families

Great location
We were able to visit all parts of the island from here. The house was perfect with lots of space for our group, and plenty of towels and other items that we did not have to pack in a suitcase.

Lovely and convenient stay
We enjoyed staying here. It was a convenient location just south of downtown Kona. It was in between two nice beaches in a quiet neighborhood. The owner was very responsive if I had questions and the on-site caretakers were always respectful of us and very courteous. The ac worked well and kept us cool. We had 8 adults in our group and we all enjoyed our stay.

Great spot in Kona
If you have a big crew this house is perfect. The little girl who lived downstairs became fast friends with our kids. Great stay, loved the sauna!
