We had a great stay in this amazing property! The owner was very responsive and the unit was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this property and hope to stay again!
Within walking distance to Colonial Williamsburg and a 7 minute drive to Busch Gardens. The check-in was super quick and easy. They send you over to a concierge who tries to get you to sit for a timeshare presentation and offers discounted tickets, but we politely declined and never heard about it again. Indoor pool was a hit with our kids. Room was spacious and perfect for our family of 4. Everything was clean, they had kitchen supplies available and plenty of towels. Washer and dryer in the unit was an added bonus. Communication with the owners was quick and they answered all of our questions.
Unit was very clean. The front desk folks were friendly and helpful It was very close to the Colonial Williamsburg. Good linens, comfortable beds! I would stay there again.
Room was very clean and spacious. It was well stocked with dishwater, and it even had coffee and tea. Location was great for Colonial Williamsburg. We walked right across the street. It’s also super convenient to Busch Gardens. The owner was very responsive. We would stay here again if we’re visiting the area.
It was a wonderful stay. The room was clean and comfy. I loved that it was themed with Williamsburg decorations. The beds were excellent, I slept so well! I enjoyed the gym and the kids loved the game room. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend to my friends and family.
Great trip and condo. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed everything about our mini vacation. That includes really pleasant hosts who made everything great!
Thank you all!
This condo was all it was advertised to be: clean, updated, roomy, and comfortable. The grounds offered nice seating around a fireplace. The bathrooms were roomy as were the bedrooms.
Refridgerator leaked, upstairs neighbors were noisy from 11pm to 2:30am 2 days in a row. Reported and security talked to them but it didnt help. The place was nice, but I got no sleep! Also the phone didnt work.Every morning there was water on the top shelf. Not sure what happens over night.
Great location. The beds were very comfortable, but housekeeping was sub standard. I would fire them. The one chair and sofa in living area were old and not conducive to 4 adults relaxing. Awful. I think with updating it could be a gem. Oh!, did not appreciate the the "time share" sales pitch!!
We stayed in the condo for three days and two nights with 5 people. My husband and I stayed with three of our boys that are 15, 13 and 7. Our oldest son is 21 and in the Coast Guard so he came to visit us while we were staying in the condo. Pleanty of room for all of us to spend time together. The condo looks just like the pictures online. We used the indoor heated pool and the family game room. One of our boys slept on the sofa bed and said it was comfortable. The bedrooms are very spacious. Very clean and convenient. It is right across from Colonial Williamsburg and walking distance to William and Mary.
This is a great 2BR / 2Bath rental if you are not planning to hang out in the condo during the day! It is clean, spacious, well-appointed, and centrally located in Williamsburg. There is friendly staff at the front desk 24/7.Three things to note:1. The WiFi did not work for me. Even the paid version. I had to go to Starbucks during the day to work. (I went to Williamsburg to drop off my daughter at William & Mary but needed to work during the day (my job is remote).)2. The condo living area (kitchen/living room) receives no direct sunlight. The windows are located in the bedrooms which sit at the edges of the common living area.3. We had to climb two steps to reach the elevator. The steps were not a huge problem for us but could be for someone with mobility issues.
