The village Kalyves offers everything that you might need during your stay. From banks to traditional taverns, pizza and burger restaurants, supermarkets, coffee houses, brunch places, coctail bars, doctors and rental places for bikes,cars or beach activities. Villa Denise is located close but uphill to Kalyves. That means it is located in a quiet area but close to everthing at the same time.
What makes this property unique
Villa Denise is a brand new villa (June 2022 is the first month of operation) that offers luxury accommodation with a unique panoramic view of the sea, the mountains, and a spectacular green landscape. The capacity of the villa is up to 8 people who will not be disappointed by the facilities which include 4 big comfortable bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (2 of those bathrooms belong to the interior of the 2 bedrooms), 2 living rooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen and many big balconies where you can relax and enjoy yourself. The Villa is also equipped with a rooftop Jakuzzi that has a capacity of 7 people. Furthermore, Villa Denise has 6 TV sets with satellite connection and a Netflix subscription for those who don't want to miss their favorite series. Last but not least inside the villa you will find a laundry room with a washing machine and an ironing device.
