For bathers there is a shortcut through the quiet city forest to groyne 8. A charming restaurant right on the beach. The bakery, the fruit shop (organic) and the butcher shop, pharmacy, etc. can be reached after about 50 m. The Edeka market is 150 m away and the train station is 300 m away.The apartments have 2 or 3 rooms and are designed for 2 to 5 people. The apartments are comfortably furnished, some with microwave and telephone. Partially pets are allowed. All have a balcony. In the communal laundry room are coin machines for washing machine and dryer. One underground parking space (double parker), max. Height 1.60 m and length 5.00 m for each apartment is included in the room rate.

The apartment is located in the house 2 of the annex in the attic and is equipped for 2-3 persons. One bedroom with double bed and the second bedroom with a single bed provide the sleeping possibilities. The living area is furnished with a sofa, dining table and telephone. In the hallway is a pantry with microwave. A bath / WC with shower completes the apartment. The apartment has two small balconies to the east side. Pets are not allowed. In the apartment there is a free Wi-Fi hotspot available. The technical equipment includes color TV with DVD-Video player u. Hifi. The apartment is only bookable for non-smokers. The parking space no. 52 is available in the underground car park. The underground car park includes double parking, please note that your car is not higher than 1.50 m, more than 5.00 m and not wider than 1.90 m, so there will be no inconvenience during your stay. Permissible total weight is 2000 kg. If your car is too big or too heavy for this parking possibility, only paid parking in the parking garage Möwenparkcenter can be offered. Please note that in the main season it is necessary to book without gaps or to leave a minimum period of 7, 10 or 14 nights between the bookings. Unterkunft und Lage super
Die Ausstattung und vor allem sehr zentrale Lage waren für uns ausschlaggebend für die Buchung. Die Größe war für 3 Personen ausreichend. Leider war die Höhe der Tiefgarage nicht ausreichend und alternativ gab es nur das nahe gelegene Parkhaus, welches wir voll bezahlen mussten obwohl der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage kostenfrei gewesen wäre. Den Check in ab 16 Uhr empfanden wir als sehr spät.. Dabei sagte man uns, es könne mit der Reinigung auch noch länger dauern. Die Schlüssel bekamen wir jedoch schon.. Nach 16.30 sind wir dann völlig platt von der Fahrt in die Wohnung und es war immer noch nicht gesäubert.. Kein Toilettenpapier und keine Geschirrtücher.. Erst am nächsten Tag nachdem wir darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben, wurde schlussendlich gereinigt.. Nun ja.. Sieht man davon ab, war sonst alles wie erwartet und gut. Bei früher möglichem Check in würde ich noch einmal buchen.
