You can expect individually furnished holiday apartments with 2 or 3 rooms. All apartments have a balcony or terrace, some with lake view. The house has a sauna area and an elevator. For each apartment there is a parking space or a double parking space in the underground car park.

The apartment is about 56 m² and has a terrace. The 3-room apartment is only for non-smokers and for 2-4 persons. The living area is furnished with a corner seating group with sleeping function and a modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and 4-plate stove with oven. Upstairs there is an open gallery with double bed (1.60 m wide) and a separate bedroom with double sofa bed 1.40 m. The bedrooms have carpeted floors, the basement has tiled floors. The shower / toilet completes the apartment. The terrace is facing south. In the apartment are small dogs allowed. Parking space 17 is available in the underground car park. The pitches are double parkers. Please make sure that your car does not exceed 5m, width 1.90m and height 1.50m to avoid any inconvenience during your stay. Roof boxes, bicycle mounts and car antennas, etc. are to be removed before the entrance. Permissible total weight is 2000 kg. In exceptional cases, depending on availability, a parking space can be organized. If these are already occupied, only a paid solution would be possible in an urban car park. Please note that in the main season it is necessary to book without gaps or to leave a minimum period of 7, 10 or 14 nights between the bookings. The minimum stay over the turn of the year is 4 nights. Both the consumption costs and the parking space are already included in the room rate.
