Three master suites, two en-suite bathrooms upstairs, 3rd full bathroom shower/tub combo. Downstairs master suite loft room: king bed with futon sleeper. Fourth bedroom: two twin XL bunkbeds. What a great get away for our Father's Day weekend on Beaver Lake. The house was perfect for our two families with lots of room, bedrooms, bathrooms, and wonderful outdoor deck living. Jennifer was quick to respond with any questions and made sure we had the things we needed for a great stay. Location to Roger's to do things in the evening or hit the Saturday Farmer's Market.

Dream Lake House

Beautiful home inside and out! Great layout for a family gathering and more than enough room for everyone. Kids had a blast fishing, kayaking and playing outside. Owners were very responsive and took care of any concerns immediately. We are hoping to come back again soon!

Spent a long weekend at the lake with family. The house is as advertised. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking anything. We cooked the whole time we were there and had everything we needed including dish soap. There is a nice coffee bar also. The beds are comfortable and each bedroom had a blanket and fan available for use. The kayaks and paddle boards were great additions. They also have pumps available to help blow up any type of float. The best is sitting out on the deck and watching the sun rise. We had such a relaxing time together and would stay here again. This house was perfect for our family.

Reviews were spot on - this property was very well furnished and sits right on beaver lake. Plenty of space for kids to sleep. They loved catching fish from the bank around thw dock and swimming off the dock too. Thanks

Family Trip

Relaxing and beautiful stay! This property provided so many of the comforts of home that we were able to sit back, relax and enjoy some water based family fun! What an awesome property!

Enjoying sunrises over the lake

We had an amazing family gathering for our daughter’s wedding in northwest Arkansas. Rented two houses on same street for both sides of our family. The family loved the house and access to Fayetteville, Rogers, and Bentonville. Jennifer is a fantastic host and provided a fun list of local activities and places to visit.

Wonderful house on Beaver Lake

Wonderful house on beautiful lake with plenty of room for meals and entertaining. Loved the pool table, kayaks and paddle board provided. So easy to just walk down to the Lake! Jennifer was so attentive to all our needs!

Large Extended Family Trip

We had 4 families meeting here for 4 nights. We had a wonderful time! House was plenty big, loved sitting in the deck, fire pit at night and playing in the water during the day! The house is beautiful and fit all of us well!

Exceptional property, lots of small details add up to amazing experience

This is a gem of a location in Rogers AR, very close to everything. Beautiful lakefront property, amazing views, so relaxing and house was fully stocked with everything you need to relax and enjoy the lake. We had a wonderful time and will book this again when we come to visit our kiddo who is attending University of Arkansas! The local dining is also amazing!

The house is wonderful. The deck was my favorite place of the entire house. It was so very peaceful. The only suggestion is 'get more silverware'.

Lovely home

Property was as described. It was nice having the extra fridges for a large group as well as plenty of floatation toys for enjoying the water. We knew there was a steep hill leading to the water but it was difficult for older guests. Our host was available and responsive to whatever we needed.

Lakefront gem

Great lakefront property. Super clean and recently updated. Plenty of room for all 12 of our guests and in person the property was even better than the online pictures. Property owner was super responsive to make sure everything was as expected - and it was! Would definitely go back and also recommend to others who want a lake getaway.

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

This property was perfect for a weekend getaway! Our three families had plenty of space and tons of fun on Beaver Lake! The hosts were accessible when we had questions and were kind and generous and helping us have a fantastic weekend. Thanks to our hosts, we enjoyed kayaking and paddleboarding on this beautiful lake, sitting by the fire on the deck overlooking the lake, and had plenty of room to cook and serve meals to three families! We are already planning to come back next year!!
