Great stay and host!

I visited with a group of friends for a short spring break trip. The home was clean and just as described on the listing. A member of our group lost an item while on the trip and when we reached out, the host was super helpful and offered to search the property personally after we checked out! We also loved the basketball hoop in the backyard!

Great stay and Great Host

Issac spent multiple days talking to me till late at night ( also hours being on the phone with vrbo support) to help get the booking situation for me situated (even though it was for one night) . Overall this was a very nice home and Issac is a very helpful and nice person. If I’m the area again I would 100% book again.

Absolute life saver!!

Myself and two other wonderful ladies were flying into Tampa for a class and had initially booked a different property for our stay well in advance. However, just hours before our trip, our host informed us that our rental had been double-booked, leaving us without a place to stay. Since I don't travel often, I immediately contacted VRBO to find a solution. VRBO suggested I search for an alternative property, and that's when I stumbled upon this gem. Not only was it conveniently closer to our destination in St. Petersburg, but we were also hoping they had availability. I reached out to Isaac through VRBO, explained our predicament, and he didn't hesitate to approve our stay and ensure that the property would be ready for us. The house itself is absolutely stunning! It was impeccably clean, comfortable, and provided a relaxing atmosphere. We even had the chance to unwind by the pool and share a glass of wine together. I wholeheartedly recommend renting from Isaac. He proved to be an exceptional host with a generous heart, coming to the rescue of three ladies who were embarking on a life-changing class and much-needed mini vacation. Thanks to Isaac, our stay was stress-free, and he played a significant role in making our trip memorable.

Relaxation

The house was great. The host was amazing. He was extremely quick with response times and last minute booking process. The house was more than spacious for me and my family to relax. The privacy of the yard was nice too. My young daughter loved the "beach" in the backyard. She couldn't get enough of the pool. Although, i wish the pool would have been a little more maintained, it was overall a great stay. I'd book this location again.

Nice update house

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The upgraded basketball hoop was an amazing surprise and we used it quite a bit. The pool was nice, but could use a little love, but didn't stop us from using it every day we were there! Was nice to have pots/pans/dishes/spices. Would have loved to have minimal cleaning stuff. With 3 kids and a week stay, we bought stuff to help clean up after the mess. Beds were really comfortable. Bunk bed can be a bit noisy, but didn't bother my boys too much. The freeway was expected and we were happy for the noise machine that was provided in the master.

This property location is very central and close to so many things. A quick ride to downtown St Pete which has so much to offer as well as a short ride to many beautiful beaches. We are about 15-20 minutes from Tampa International Airport which will make for a nice easy ride to your stay at our home :)
