Quick access to the Truman Parkway will have guests to the beach at Tybee Island or to Savannah-Hilton Head International Airport in 35 minutes.

The property, part of a duplex named after nearby Skidaway Island. It has been newly renovated and lies close to shopping and restaurants in a quiet, friendly, working-class neighborhood.

The home has a bright living room with room to stretch and breathe. A separate dining room has seating for four. And the kitchen comes stocked with the amenities you expect from home. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers.

One bedroom has a king-sized bed, the other has a queen. The home sleeps a total of four adults.

There is a back yard with a patio that is shared with guests in Unit B. All TVs are Smart TVs that come with a few local channels as well as the ability for guests to log into their own Netflix, Hulu, or Disney+ accounts.

This home rents for 30 nights or more. Guests may stay as long as they need, as long as the minimum stay is met.

During Summer, please keep vents in all rooms open and don't close them. Hot air raises, so during the day, best to keep fans circulating to produce air movements throughout the house.

Guests will need access to a car during their stay in Savannah.

The unit has a laundry area, which is shared with Unit B next door.

High-speed WiFi is available. Please not that this is also shared with Unit B, a one-bed apartment.



Guests will need to supply their own consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Starter supplies are provided.

A washer and dryer are available. They are located in a separate room on the first floor.

This home is pet friendly. The back yard is a safe place to exercise pets, and there are parks nearby for recreation.

For stays of 38 nights or more, we are able to split your payments into multiple payments so that you do not have to pay for the entire amount upfront. Please contact us for more information on this.
