Very quiet ground floor apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Niers (river).
The location of the NiBo Hof is the ideal starting point to explore the Lower Rhine. In a few minutes you can reach the A57 and the main federal highways.
City center is only about 1.2km away.
Your apartment has an (almost) un-visible private terrace overlooking the garden, which of course can be shared. (Children's options)

The apartment has a separate bedroom, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area.
