The cosy holiday apartment on the island of Rab in the popular holiday resort of Lopar offers the perfect retreat on 40 m² for 2 to 4 guests. It features a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette and a modern bathroom. Two covered balconies invite you to relax and provide space for outdoor meals. Air conditioning, WiFi and satellite TV ensure additional comfort, a baby cot is available on request. Pets are not permitted.
The holiday home itself offers an additional well-maintained garden with a lawn, parasols and sun loungers, as well as a garden terrace and a summer kitchen. For children, there is a play area with a slide, trampoline, swing, sandpit and seesaw. Barbecue facilities are available to all guests. Parking spaces are available directly at the property.
The location is ideal for beach lovers: The fine sandy beach is only about 150 m away, and you can reach the town centre with restaurants, supermarkets and cafés within a few minutes' walk.
