Welcome to Lopar on the beautiful island of Rab. This cosy and tastefully furnished holiday apartment offers the ideal place for relaxed holiday days near the beach on 55 m². The accommodation is suitable for up to four guests and is particularly suitable for couples or small families who appreciate relaxation, comfort and short distances to the sea.



The apartment features two bedrooms with double beds and offers a pleasant room layout for shared holiday days with plenty of privacy. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and window. In the open-plan living area there is a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area and an additional sofa bed. Two covered balconies extend the living space outdoors and create the perfect spot for breakfast in the morning sun or relaxed evenings in the open air.



For additional comfort, air conditioning, WiFi and a separate entrance to the flat are provided. We are happy to provide a cot on request. Pets are not permitted.



A particular highlight of the accommodation is the spacious outdoor area with its exceptionally designed, organically shaped pool landscape. The modern facility with curved lines, generous water surfaces, shallow relaxation areas and integrated water slide creates a special holiday atmosphere and makes the stay a memorable experience for both adults and children alike.



The offer is complemented by a well-maintained garden with a sunbathing lawn, sun loungers, parasols and a garden terrace. For shared hours outdoors, grilling facilities and a summer kitchen are available. Children can let off steam in the play area with a slide, trampoline, sandpit, swing and seesaw. Parking spaces are located directly at the house.



The location is one of the great advantages of this accommodation. The popular sandy beach of Lopar is only about 150 metres away and is easily accessible on foot. Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and the town centre are also in the immediate vicinity. The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for varied holiday days – from water sports and boat trips to cycling tours and mini golf and exploring the island.



Included in the price are final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, internet use, air conditioning, the use of the baby cot and the tourist tax.
