ALLEN'S RETREAT - 4 BEDROOM, 4 BATHS MASTER Queen w/ 48" TV, 2nd BR Queen w/ 35" TV, 3RD BR Queen w/32" TV, 4th BR Queen w/40" TV and a Queen Sleeper Sofa and a 65" TV in the living room. Located at Sunset Mountain this awesome cabin offers a great experience, located a few miles from Snowshoe Mountain Resort. This home is relaxing, and comfortable with a fantastic view of the mountains.

AMENITIES: Free WiFi, great room, great views, well equipped kitchen, dining area, and a gas fire place. The upstairs sitting area offers a place to get together for board games and visit with family and friends. The outdoor hot tub also invites a fun relaxing evening for all. Don't miss this wooded experience within minutes of all the outdoor activities that Pocahontas County offers! Fire pit (wood provided), Gas grill (provided during summer months only)

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ All last-minute reservations or those booked by West Virginia residents are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25

Beautiful house and property

We highly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and well appointed. The setting is private with a great view. It's an easy 4 mile drive to the shops at the base of Snowshoe Mountain.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
