The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher with detergent and turn on before leaving 2. Take all trash to the dumpster directly across from Summit Building D
3. Please return PARKING PASSES to hooks in mud room. (if applicable) Please contact me if you forget to return them.
4. Please put all used towels in the bathroom tub. All bedding can be left on the beds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Austin was a fantastic host - responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. The videos of the property were super helpful and accurately reflected the space. Our group absolutely loved this unit - it was perfect for our weekend getaway to the 4848 Festival. By far, this has been our favorite place to stay at Snowshoe. Highly recommend!

Excellent Stay during Memorial Day!

We had an awesome stay at this place for Memorial Day. Austin was excellent - he was prompt with his responses and very flexible. The check-in process was flawless, and the property was as described in the listing. We were a party of 5 and there was plenty of room for all of us. There were steps that led up to the village or could take the free shuttle. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this place.

Close to all the attraction

Owner was very informative to all the detail to assist in checking in and out . Look for the video on YouTube to help guide you to the unit location before arrival so it make it easier when you get to mountain which has bad mobile service

Fresh snow made for great skiing! Fun watching the deer come up to the condos to be feed. Appreciated the "extras" provided, laundry pods, dishwasher and dish soaps, spices, etc..Property manager was excellent at providing info.

The entire stay was exceptional. Easy check in process, the condo was spotless and beautifully remodeled. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need to make your own meals, more than enough towels for our family of 5, and all communication was quick and friendly. Would highly recommend and gladly book again! The perfect place to unwind and enjoy the mountain views.

The host was amazingly responsive with any questions and was super friendly. The views at this place were absolutely gorgeous with the fall leaves. The property was just as pictured and perfect for our short stay. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus picks you up right outside the door and drops you off at the village. The gas fireplace was fantastic…we used it every morning and night. We all had a wonderful stay.

Snowshoe, West Virginia

This place was great for a family! A little bit of a hike to the mountain to ski although if you don’t mind waiting for a shuttle it is definitely no problem. Make a call and a shuttle is at your front door within minutes. Lots of deer right out your back door. Would definitely stay here again❄️⛷️
