Between Subbiano and Rassina (7 km each) lies this friendly vacation home in the hills, surrounded by olive groves, fields and a small oak grove. You enter the entrance area through the covered terrace; the bedrooms, the living room with balcony and the two bathrooms are on the 1st floor. The large eat-in kitchen is at ground level, with a separate entrance. On the spacious natural plot you will find peace and quiet ? a small footpath leads down to the torrent (100 m) - a bathing fun for young and old. Space and possibility for ball games of any kind, a garden seating area as well as parking possibility at the house. From everywhere you can enjoy a beautiful view over the hills and on the Castello di Valenzano. This is a suitable destination for guests who want to make themselves comfortable in a small paradise. Visit and experience the medieval old town of Arezzo (20 km) - e.g. strolling through the Corso, visiting the worth seeing cathedral, Pieve and the church of San Francesco and of course having an aperitif on the piazza. Numerous trattorias offer local delicacies. In June and September, Piazza Grande hosts the traditional Saracino equestrian games; on the first weekend of every month, the entire old town comes alive with the great national antiques market. Discover the charming towns, castles and borghi of Casentino, such as Bibbiena (15 km) or Poppi (20 km) and visit the Franciscan monastery of La Verna. The Natural Park of Casentino invites you to hike in the mountains, through centuries-old oak and beech forests. In Subbiano and Rassina (7km each) there are stores of all kinds and a colorful weekly market.
