Beautiful Conch Cottage, the most adorable 1 bedroom 1 bath waterfront Doll house in the Middle of Marathon, with Ocean views from the Dock. Restaurants and shopping close by. Plus...your own Jacuzzi to watch the stars at night.
One level home with a big deck off of the back of the house. Sunsets every night from the rear yard.

Deep water Dock is 50 ft in length. With immediate Ocean access. 2 single kayaks included.
Quick boating access to the Gulf of Mexico via Vaca Cut, only a few blocks from this home. Fuel docks also close by at Captain Hooks, right off of Vaca Cut.
There is room for 2 vehicles in front of the house or one car and a trailer.

You must be 28 or older to rent. 28 year old must be on property at all times.

Fabulous accommodations!

This home on a Marathon canal was absolutely fabulous! The host had it stocked with EVERYTHING one could anticipate needing. It sparkled with cleanliness. It had all new updated amenities. Clear instructions throughout. The host was immediately available (text)for the one question we had. A screened in back porch and a fully fenced back yard for our two small fur babies! Even Kayaks were provided. We will ask for THIS property when we return in the near future!
