Newly remodeled, centrally located Keys cottage on a DIRECT CHANNEL to open water, three lots away from the ocean . Has all you need for your perfect vacation: equiped kitchen, coffee maker, linnens, towels, smart TV with Netflix. All new furniture and appliances, washer and dryer. Plenty of parking for your boat trailer and vehicles.
Close to Publix for your groceries, Walgreens, gas station and all the restaurants in the island.
Less than 4 miles to Sombrero Beach. The beach has picnic pavilions, a children’s playground, volleyball court, restrooms, and showers. The sandy strip is perfect for sunbathing, snorkeling and fishing in the shallow water.

This was our third time staying here. We come for a few reasons- fantastic canal access to the Atlantic (five minute boat ride), wonderfully located in Marathon (near restaurants, groceries, and shopping), screened in patio (keeps the no-see-em’s out), relaxed atmosphere, and a great host. This is our place in the Key’s. Ya can’t beat the overall value and accommodations this provides.

Very clean. Comfortable. Plenty of parking for boat trailer and vehicles.. plastic lawn chairs in back were broken and not usable. Grill had no gas, lucky propane was close. Would definitely stay here again.

I always provide my personal phone number to my renters because I’d much rather have the opportunity to fix an issue than find out about it after the fact. There is a second set of tanks on the side of the house, and regarding the chair, —I can’t fix something I don’t know is broken. Had you let me know, I would have replaced it immediately. My goal is always to make sure my guests have the best experience possible.

Couldn't have been any happier with a property! We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We wanted a place that we could keep our boat and do some Yellowtail fishing. We kept the boat at the dock in the backyard! Plenty of room for our trailer. Seperate freezer for our bait and catch. Great fish cleaning station. Washer and dryer on premisis. Minutes from the ocean. Fishing was fantastic! We had a great time and would strongly recommend this property.

For a relaxing all around experience, this is the place! From booking to check in and your stay! The host is easy to contact and very personable. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook with, and the dishwasher for clean up. The property is clean and well taken care of and the convenience of the washer dryer makes keeping up with the laundry an ease. On the hot day's relaxing in the pool is always refreshing. The property is located in a place where it only takes minutes to go to a great restaurant, attraction, store , Sombrero beach and many more things that may appeal to your interests. It's well worth the experience you wil not be disappointed!!!
