La ubicacion es estupenda: Un barrio muy tranquilo, limpio, seguro, cerca del centro y de las playas, pero sin el ruído tipico destes pueblos en el Verano.
Del otro lado de la calle no hay viviendas, pero un jardin con paseo para bicicletas para disfrutar sin problemas hasta lo parque de diversiones de la Antilla, donde hay karting, caballos, etc.
No hay problemas de aparcamiento en el Verano, pues hay muchas plazas para aparcar, lo que es fundamental.
Las llaves estan en una Inmobiliaria del centro de La Antilla, que se queda a unos 10 m. La Inmobiliaria dara todo el apoyo necesario.
