Located directly across from the brand new One Seagrove Place public beach access, offering easy walking distance to the beach, pools, shops and restaurants . Enjoy 2 community pools, tennis courts and nature trails. Perfect for couples or small families, this corner unit boasts a king size bed, hallway bunk beds and sleeper sofa. LOCATION! Less than 2 miles to iconic Seaside and walking distance to wonderful shops and restaurants.
-The bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, blackout curtains, 1/2 bath with closet is adjacent.

-Spacious bar counter with 4 barstools
-Private, large patio with a table that seats 4 and 2 additional chairs and side table. Perfect for enjoying a meal or your morning coffee.

-Linens and towels provided.

I chose Cassine Station because of the close proximity to the gorgeous white sand beaches. Seagrove is a wonderful community and there's something here for everyone.
