Centrally located on a quiet side street in the SE area of Cape Coral, Villa Nelly is a tastefully furnished and decorated vacation retreat in close proximity of every day shopping venues such as grocerie stores, pharmacies, etc. Numerous restaurants are only a short drive away. This home offers 3 bedrooms (1 king and 2 queens) and 2 bathrooms as well as an open floor plan, flatscreen smart TVs in all bedrooms and living area and 2 bycicles to explore the neighborhood.

Relax and lounge on the large screened in patio & enjoy those breathtaking Floridian Sunrises. Both pool and spa are heated electrically. The large fenced in backyard features a firepit with Addirondack Chairs to relax in. Beach equipment is provided.

Prices are for 4 adults. There is a surcharge of $175.00/week for any additional person.

An energy allowance of $25.00 is included per week. Additional usage will be charged with $0.17/kWh plus 11.5% tax.

Nice House, close to attractions

All in all very nice house. The cleaning was not very good. We found old coffee filters in the machine, Hairpins and hair on the floor and next to the bed was a a undefined fluid on the ground. After we did clean ourselfes, the house was great for our needs

Very comfortable place to stay. Bed was very comfortable, and the pool was great to relax by. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Property is in great condition. The house in a relatively central location in the Cape with quick access to main roads, grocery, dining, and shopping. The management company is excessively accommodating. We made a call a 1:15 AM expecting to leave a voicemail only to actually speak with a person and they were able to quickly fix our issue. The agent was super quick to respond and fix one other minor issue. I couldn't recommend the property enough.

Top notch Host!
