Beautiful 4 bedroom/2 bath pool home. Located in the SW section of beautiful Cape Coral. Contemporary design, well cared for. Pool is salt water/heated/beautiful lights. Perfect place to relax and unwind with family. Entire home has reverse osmosis filter system. Windows are tinted and home has a sprinkler system.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off all lights and fans except front door light
Lock top lock of front door - leave bottom unlocked.
All towels placed in laundry room. All dirty dishes in dishwasher and turn on.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not touch pool Equipment. The Equipment is automated and monitored by camera over the equipment.
Parking on the grass is not allowed. I have sprinkler heads and any damage to equipment will be charged to the renter. 4 car minimum on the property.
No running or jumping on jacuzzi pavers. No running, diving, jumping anywhere near pool. No urinating on grass. Please use pool bathroom.

This was the second year we have stayed at this property for the month of February. There were many upgrades to the property from the prior year and it was greatly appreciated to know the house was even more comfortable and exceeded our expectations! Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

The home was left trashed! Pee everywhere, dog poop on grass, pool pavers, food everywhere on my floors, pee in a cup, disappointment.

Loved Our Month Long Stay

Pool and spa awesome. House nicely equipped. Great neighborhood for walking. Close to restaurants. Sanibel Island beaches conveniently located 30 to 40 minutes away.

Perfect family property

We arrived late night to the house, it was easy to find and ready for us. Our family really enjoyed our stay and the fellowship park is walking distance. My kids really enjoyed it. Everyone loved the pool/hot tub in the back yard. There was beach chairs, ice chest, and beech umbrella waiting for us to use, when we went to lighthouse beach. It was very easy to get to and perfect weather. The host was easy to get in touch with and helped out with every need.

One strange experience

The property itself was fine. The pool area didn't have enough seating for the amount of people we had. We had five adults and two children. It had table seating for four and a bar that sat two. Linen closets and pantry were all locked. We had to store a food on the kitchen counters the AC, the hot tub/jets/heat and pool lights were all by the owner at our request. We were told to only one load of laundry per day no use of the garage for parking and they parked their car kitty corner in the garage so that it made it hard to load and unload after a beach day. Also cameras were set up at the pool and the hot tub outside all along the house on both sides and in the front we were monitored for most of the time that we were there when I questioned her about the pool in the hot tub she said that she shut the camera off when the guest arrived, but we saw the light come on, which was my understanding that meant that the camera was being used at the time so we put tinfoil over the camera lenses and then she requested us to take them off when I put up a bit of a stink, she decided that it was OK if we left them on the tinfoil . We never really felt welcomed in this house. I have rented many houses with VRBO and have never had this amount of issues. I've never had to contact anyone with any questions or anything and I felt like I was texting her continuously asking her to put the hot tub on turn the lights on longer turn the AC down or up, depending on how the weather was goingI

This family was the most difficult family we have ever hosted in 6 years (both Airbnb and VRBO). First, we allowed them to check in early which was requested as they were arriving to the property - as soon as she walked in, went straight to the pool and complained it was too cold. She checked in an hour early, the pool was in the heating process. She complained about the backyard seating - I have 4 lounge chairs by the pool, 4 chairs and table near the pool and two stools at the bar, I was baffled by the complaint. No matter what temp the pool or spa was heated per her request there was a complaint. My site clearly states garage is not available - I parked my car angled due to other guests not respecting the rule and tried to fit their car in and scratched our car. Pantry is closed for our use, I have tons of cabinets to store food. AC was kept at the temp requested but it was still not enough for her, complaints of too cold or too hot. Lastly, the pool area only has one camera in the far back camera - and cameras on the side and front for safety reasons. My husband and I work and do not have time to monitor guests nor do we find pleasure in spying on guests. We respect all of our guests. This family is the first ever to think we were checking the pool camera and put foil on the camera which I told her I did not care but to take it down when she was away from the home for safety reasons which she did not. She had a dog and allowed him to poop on our grass and did not pick it up per our house manager the grass was full of poop after they left. We cannot do enough to make their stay comfortable and cozy. We received multiple complaints on a daily basis. We cannot make everyone happy but we can definitely work hard to do so. Please scroll and check our previous reviews on this app and Airbnb, we have never received a negative review. Do not let one family we could not make happy deter you from booking a stay at our beautiful home. Thank you l.
