The house is located on the quiet street in the beautiful suburb Kakumäe 5 minutes from Kakumäe Haven and the beach, 14 kilometers from the airport and 10 kilometers from the old town. In the beautiful large garden there is a barbecue area with a roof. On the ground floor there is a seating area, a dining area, a sauna with a shower and a kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven and a refrigerator. On the first floor are 3 rooms - 2 bedrooms with kingsize beds, a study with large sofa bed and bathroom with bath. A single bed is located in the large living room. Towels and bed linen are provided. Other facilities include a terrace with seating, BBQ area and children's playground. Free private parking is available on site. Lennart Meri Tallinn is 25 km from the property.
