This huge condo is in the heart of downtown Milwaukee close to corporate offices, Summerfest grounds, and the convention center. It features an unmatched location with 1 king size beds in each room, a pull out queen sofa, a fully furnished kitchen, an in unit washer and dryer, and includes a parking pass you use on the way in and out. We can accommodate up to 8 guests for the night. The included parking is located next door in the parking structure and is a short walk Our space is a large 2 bedroom condo that is fully furnished with a King bed in each of 2 bedrooms, plus a pull out queen sofa bed in the living room. We can also provide 2 roll-away twin xl cots to reach 8 guests (children) comfortably. We provide linens and towels for the number of people booked for the night. Please be accurate in your attendance numbers to ensure proper towels and linens and cots provided. The pack n play and high chair will be provided upon request. Please make sure to mention when booking so that we can schedule it being there. Check out is 11am. We cannot accommodate late check out due to the next guest arriving at 4pm. You will have the entire condo. We do not reside there. We will be available for help and in most cases between 9am and 6pm. We do not have 24 hour service but do our best to help from 6pm to 9am. In most cases we can be on premises in an hour. As a reminder we are not a full service hotel. We are providing out space for the week and some essentials to make your stay better. The complex has a 10pm noise cut off. Normal living noises are expected but nothing extensive or loud permitted or management will call security. Our team is remotely available to help and in certain circumstances be there in an hour or so to help. We like to respect your privacy and have made your check in and check out process as hands off as possible. You will be sent codes at 3pm the day of your stay to get into your unit. Directions should have been sent right after you booked your stay. We love to give recommendations or help with any questions if you are new to Milwaukee. The best means for communication is through the app. Calls or text may not be responded to for 24 hours. Our new condo was built a few years ago an is in the heart of downtown Milwaukee on Wisconsin avenue and Plankinton St (what would be 2nd st) The neighborhood has amazing restaurants and shopping in a short 2 block walk. Please check out this website to see what is close by: some of our favorites: Pabst Theater Old World 3rd Street One block from the convention center One block from the River Walk Two blocks from the Third Ward 5 Blocks from the Lakefront 20 restaurants within 5 blocks. Uber and Taxis are readily available. There are several hotels nearby that have taxi stands. The Riverwalk is a block away and gives you walking access to several downtown neighborhoods. There is one free parking space for this condo. It is located in the parking structure that touches the building to the North. There is a 50 foot walk from the parking structure to the front door of the complex. The pass that is needed for parking will be in the condo when you arrive. Please return it at the 11am check out. You can park outside the front door to get the pass before parking in the structure. Parking passes lost or not returned will result in a $100 replacement fee. YOU MUST USE THE PARKING PASS ON THE WAY IN AND OUT. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN YOU HAVING TO PAY TO LEAVE.
Check in is 4pm andCheck out is 11am. We cannot accommodate late check out due to the next guest arriving at 4pm. We do offer a 1pm check in for a $75 fee.

This property is the perfect location for any downtown Milwaukee activities. Communication with the owners was great and the check in process was very easy.
We really enjoyed staying at this unit. It's spacious, well furnished, clean, modern, and everything works. The parking is convenient and the building is secure. We'd definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect location for 3 of us to visit with family. So many restaurants, parks, activities within walking distance. Communication with owner, check in and check out was excellent. The parking pass provided was wonderful!

The location is right across from the river and an easy walk to shops/restaurants in the Third Ward. We loved the high ceilings in the loft, lots of windows and the beds were super comfy. Parking was very convenient too. We will definitely book again for our next trip!
We were in town for the weekend for a convention at the Baird Center and Milwaukee Hilton and this was a great space for that. It was a short walk down to the convention center with plenty of food and shopping on the way for grabbing those last minute forgotten essentials and keeping your energy up. The place was clean and spacious, the beds and sitting spaces comfy, and the kitchen fully stocked with utensils and cookware. Thanks for letting us stay with you!
Booked this place for one night to attend a concert. Smooth easy check in. Great communication with the hosts. Parked in parking garage and didn’t have to move the car till check out. Everything was in walking distance.
The property is central to downtown Milwaukee and a great choice for convenience. Generally, the unit is sparsely furnished and the furniture that is there is very worn, old, and rickety. If you have to spend any significant amount of time at the VRBO itself, I’d consider another option. However, the property owners are responsive and kind. Central location, overall a good experience.
Urban setting, parking and grocery shopping as expected in a major city. Easy to walk to many places. Great to have one free (close) parking space. Instructions for parking very clear. 10 minute drive to baseball field.
Even though the check-in was a bit clunky with the parking and running, the overall experience was very good. The condo is clean, but could use some new carpet and maybe paint. The living room furniture is uncomfortable. The beds are pretty comfy, though. Be ready for the 6am garbage truck right outside the window! The location is excellent if you want to spend a few days exploring downtown. We parked once and walked everywhere for two days. We all felt safe and getting in and out of the building is easy. We would stay here again!

It was very noisy at this location. And we found the cooking utilities spotty; pans were chipped and losing their veneer. The downtown location was very central but the street noise was out of control.
