Dear guests,

I invite you to spend your holidays in our apartment Bursztynowa Komnata. The apartment is located in the village Lędowo Osiedle, on the edge of the forest, 800m from the wild, beautiful and Bretien beach and 2 km from the city center in Ustka.

The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful area near the city, where you can relax in the truest sense of the word. The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds, a large living room with sofa and sleeps 2 people. The apartment is fully equipped, fully automatic coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, oven, flat screen TV, Internet and satellite TV are available. There is a garden, with barbecue and campfire area and a closed, free parking for 2 cars. A space for bicycles in the area also available.

A walk through the forest to the beach takes 15 minutes, the city is 5 minutes drive from the apartment, for tourists there is the possibility to travel for free by bus that runs all day long.

The apartment is available between 15. 06 and 30. 09, until 5 guests are allowed in.

Soweit gut

Lage direkt am Militär Gelände kritisch, der beschriebenen weg zum Strand führt durch ein Sperrgebiet. Oft wird am Tag in der Nähe bei den Übungen geschossen und der Gartenbereich war sehr ungepflegt. Desweiteren waren die Betten alles nur Schlafsofa auf denen ein erholsames schlafen nur bedingt möglich war.

Ein langes Bikerwochenende nach Polen bei Stolpmünde

- Anfängliche Kontaktschwieriegkeit zur Übergabe des Objektes seitens des Vermieters - nicht funktionsfähige Klohspülung - strandzugang nicht auf direktem Weg durch den Wald möglich, da kein Durchgang durch das weitläufig angelegte Polizei 👮‍♀️ 👮‍♂️ Übungs und Erholungslager möglich ist, dieses muss weitläufig umgangen werden - kein Barierefreier Zugang, Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoss, nur erreichbar durch enge stark gewendelte Treppe - Badewanne nicht optimal positioniert, duschen in der Wanne nur Knieend oder in der Hocke möglich + sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit im direkt am Ortsrand gelegenen LIDL Markt + sehr ruhige Lage am Waldrand + Objekt entspricht der Beschreibung und ist soweit gut ausgestattet + sehr freundlicher und bemühter Vermieter, wenn auch nur über Liveschaltung erreichbar

Ruhiger Ostseeurlaub

Eine große Wohnung, wenig Menschenbegängnis, da recht abgelegen. Bis zum Strand zu Fuß 25 min. Bis zur Stadt 5 - 10 min mit dem Auto. Tagsüber hört man ab und zu Übungsfeuer von dem Militärstützpunkt. Leider gibt's nur ausgeklappte Sofas anstatt richtige Betten. Dafür hat man einen klasse fast leeren Strand.

Ländliche Ferienwohnung am Küstenwald

Die hervorragend ausgestattete und gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Outdoor-Aktivitäten im Küstenwald (Wandern, Pilze/Beeren sammeln, Mountainbike etc.) sowie an der Ostsee (Baden, Kitesurfen o.ä.). Der Garten lässt sich zum Grillen und Entspannen nutzen und ist neu angelegt, jedoch gibt es keine Feuerstelle für Lagerfeuer mehr (kann man aber am Strand machen). Netter Support durch den Sohn des Vermieters, der sich um all unsere Anliegen gekümmert hat.

ruhige Wohnung am Wald

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend ausserhalb von Ustka am Waldrand bzw. im Wald gelegen. Bis in den Ort, mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sind es ca. 2 km. Den Strand erreicht man, nach einem kleinen Spaziergang von ca. 1 km Länge, durch den Küstenwald. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön renoviert. Alles was man benötigt (Küchenausstattung, Waschmaschine, usw.) ist vorhanden. Ebenso gibt es am Haus eine abgetrennte Wiese mit Grillplatz und einen abgesperrten Parkplatz.
