Welcome to our private casita—a comfortable and peaceful guest suite located in a quiet, gated community. The casita is a separate, detached building with its own private entrance, giving you the privacy and independence of your own space while still enjoying the amenities of the property.

The casita has been recently updated with a brand-new full kitchen, new shower, new flooring, new paint, and new AC. It is thoughtfully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether you're visiting for a weekend getaway, business trip, extended stay, or to enjoy all that the West Valley has to offer.

The Casita/Guest house includes:

*Pull-out sleeper chair for additional sleeping space
*Private bathroom with walk-in shower
*Walk-in closet
*Full kitchen with appliances

*High-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi

About the Property: The property sits on approximately 0.33 acres and consists of two separate buildings. The main building is the owner's private residence, while the second building is the casita that you will be renting. The two buildings are completely separate and do not connect, providing guests with their own private space.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the property's private swimming pool. The pool is available at no additional charge.

The hot tub can also be heated upon request for $60 per day of use. If you would like to use the heated hot tub, please provide at least 24 hours' advance notice so we can have it ready for you.

Super cute little place! Clean, well-stocked and close to everything. I didn’t see the family a lot but when I did they’re very sweet. I didn’t use the hot tub but the pool is nice. The yard is beautiful and their dog is so sweet! Would stay here again

Lovely casita for 2. Was stocked with amenities. Bed was very comfortable. Our host was great at communicating and very responsive to any needs or questions. Internet is slow in the area in case needing to work from casita, Overall, would highly recommend. The pool and grounds were absolutely beautiful.

The casita was so comfortable and quiet. It had everything we needed. Our host was very responsive. We loved the location. We were close to many hiking trails in White Tank Mountain. I would recommend staying here!

Casita was great. Wi-Fi was not the best if that is important. If using hot tub for extra fee make sure you ask for details as process of use and payment was not clear. Huong was very good working through that part with us though.

Great for a quick trip

Stayed here for 4 nights. Had everything I needed. Able to make breakfast & coffee and head out for the day. Lots of hiking nearby and good restaurants in the neighborhood.

It was very easy to access! The communication was clear! Not a whole lot to do for check out which was good! They had a stocked bathroom with shampoos and conditioner and body wash also! Bed was very comfortable and loved the kitchen! We didn’t spend a whole lot of time there but we loved the neighborhood! Very safe gated community! Would definitely stay there again! Was a great getaway for our honeymoon!

Excellent stay

My husband and I were in Goodyear visiting family and found this little gemof a place. It was clean, wonderful location, and the host was an amazing communicator! She responded promptly and provided both written and pictorial notes on entry and stay. Highly recommend!

The internet signal struggled to stay connected as the tv would lose signal. We turned our phones to cell signal verses wifi. Other than the wifi the place was great.
