All your basic needs for a good holiday

This property is basic but has all the mod cons to feel comfortable, coffee maker, washing machine, good shower, great beds, WiFi, etc. It is located at 20 minutes walk ratio from all amenities plus the main rail station, if you are into walking this property is for you. Historical area with amazing landmarks. A great bakery is just 3 min down the road and the neighbourhood is very friendly and polite. I will miss this apartment.

Super pour des vacances

Nous avions déjà loué cet appartement il y a un an. Très bien situé, immeuble bien tenu, propre et très fonctionnel. Mieux, nous avions signalé l'an dernier que le canapé-lit du séjour était très inconfortable, et cette année, il a été remplacé par un tout neuf. Et l'équipe interhome de Nice est très sympathique.

Appartement spacieux, belle terrasse

L'appartement est spacieux, belle terrasse, Le canapé lit dans le salon n'est pas confortable et pour dormir encore moins La climatisation est dans la chambre et a entrainé des dégâts aux niveaux des plinthes Un seau est à vider sur le balcon pour éviter que le goutte à goutte dans la chambre !!! Un ventilateur dans le salon La place de parking est pour une petite voiture 20/25 min de la promenade des anglais Quartier calme La remise des clés se fait à 1,7km de l'appartement

Un clos pas si tranquille

Une belle promesse que ce "clos tranquille", mais vite déçue par le bruit incessant de la circulation, sauf entre minuit et 6 heures. Vivre les fenêtres fermées et sans profiter du balcon terrasse n'est pas intéressant à Nice. La vue depuis le balcon sur les arbres et jardins de la résidence est pourtant belle. Instruments de cuisine a minima. Accueil Interhome en agence donc pas pratique ni pour l'aller ni pour le retour. La télé ne marche pas bien. Literie excellente en revanche.

APPARTEMENT AGREABLE

très bon séjour à Nice notamment grâce à la météo et au paysage. La location de l'appartement a fait également parti de notre semaine réussie. En effet, logement propre, calme et bien décoré. Par contre, petit bémol bruyant dans la chambre nous entendions les voitures plus le garage compliqué pour se garer. A louer sans hésitation !!!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette appartement cosy et très bien placé. Agencement spacieux et moderne, une grande terrasse sans vis à vis. Facile d'accès pour le centre, la plage et le port de tous transports. Petit bémol : le bac dans la chambre qui n'avait pas été mentionné dans l'annonce.

Ruim appartement, schoon, groot balkon, 1 km van de Promenade des Anglais. Prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding OK. Garage niet kunnen gebruiken want te klein, zelfs voor onze compactauto. 'Tranquille' is dit appartement niet, er is van twee kanten verkeerslawaai. Sleutel zelf op te halen én terug te brengen naar Interhomekantoor, heel onhandig. Niet genoeg bestek, we hebben zelf een set bijgekocht. Ook te weinig handdoeken/badlakens, extra exemplaren moesten we ophalen tegen betaling in het kantoor.

Très belle appartement

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour dans cet appartement, très spacieux et très bien équipé. Le quartier est plutôt calme pour une ville comme Nice, ne donnant pas directement sur la rue on peut facilement se poser tranquillement sur le balcon le soir ou en journée. La résidence est très propre et très pratique avec un accès à un garage souterrain pour laisser sa voiture en sécurité durant le séjour.

Appartement du clos tranquille

Bonjour, L'état général de l'appartement est très bien, très propre et est dans un quartier calme. Petit bémol : Garage petit plutôt adapté aux petits véhicules. Canapé lit pas confortable. Les ampoules de l'entrée et la terrasse ne fonctionnaient pas. Suggestion : Lorsque l'appartement est loué pour 4 personnes, il faudrait penser à fournir des casseroles un peu plus grandes.

Vacances Niçoises

Logement bien aménagé et calme avec une terrasse très spacieuse. Pratique pour les apéros en extérieur ! Le canapé lit n'est cependant pas l'endroit où vous passerez vos meilleures nuits (un peu dur). Le lit, quant-à-lui, est très confortable. La clim est un vrai plus lorsque l'on rentre d'une journée ensoleillée. L'accès à la plage se fait facilement en 15 minutes et vous pouvez trouver de nombreuses supérettes et boulangeries dans les alentours.

Logement fonctionnel

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine début septembre. Le logement est propre est fonctionne. Situé dans un quartier résidentiel et calme. Lit très confortable. Comme précisé sur le descriptif le parking n'est pas adapté aux grandes voitures mais malgré une voiture plutôt moyenne nous avons eu énormément de mal à manœuvrer pour le stationnement.

Alles war prima, eher in Richtung perfekt tendierend, bis auf das Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich. Dieses sollten Sie schnellstens durch ein brauchbares Modell ersetzen. Viele Grüße S. Gullatz

Heerlijk appartement

Fijn nieuw, mooi en hip ingericht appartement net iets buiten het stadscentrum. Dichtbij treinstation en alles op loopafstand. Schoon en volledig ingericht, voldoende keukengerei voor wie zelf wil koken. Slaapbank in de woonkamer slaapt prima, drie hoog en heerlijk terras! (middagzon)

Le clos tranquille

Die Ferienwohnung war gut positioniert. Sie war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Praktisch war, dass es eine Bäckerei in der Nähe hatte. Das Bettsofa ist Okey, aber nicht empfehlenswert für Personen die schon etwas älter sind oder Probleme mit dem Rücken haben, da es sehr hart ist und sehr tief am Boden.

Parfait, mais le parking est pour le moins difficile... Climatisation uniquement dans la chambre mais efficace pour l'ensemble de l'appartement malgré la canicule

TB mais réfléchir aux déplacements

Très tranquille.Juste un petit peu trop excentré. Seul pb : le parking.L'utilisation du garage nécessite de délicates manoeuvres et places très très difficiles à trouver à l'extérieur.
