Family and Friends Vacation
These houses were perfect for our stay. We had the ability to spend time together but have our own space. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive any time we had questions. The houses are centrally located which made it easy to go sightseeing or to the beach but not be right in the hustle of the seawall.

Great layout for large gathering
There were 7 adults and 4 kids in our group this time. Having side by side 3/2 houses was a great answer to a challenging space planning issue. The homes were clean and newly remodeled. Appliances and all surfaces were new. The property was centrally located so we would be anywhere on the island in a couple minutes. Overall a nice stay at a unique property.

Back to school getaway
with school starting in a couple of weeks we wanted to take some time to squeeze in one more getaway with extended family before the school year began. With two families this property was great because we could each have our own house to maintain our family schedules. Our host was quick to respond to our needs during our stay and we'll be sure to look for their property again on our next beach getaway.

These properties are newly professionally remodeled and designed with nice touches and high end finishes. These houses were built in the late 1880s and we’ve done an amazing job bringing this home back to its glory! You'll first notice the tall ceilings and updated lighting and ceiling fans throughout. The AC, plumbing, and electrical were all replaced in 2022. The propertied combined are 6 bedrooms 4 bathrooms with a super comfy king beds in the primaries. Home includes ROKU Smart TVs with your favorite streaming apps (Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Paramount+, HBO Max, Amazon Prime, etc). Just use your credentials to log in and you’re good to go. The updated kitchen boasts quartz countertops and new stainless-steel appliances. Want to fry an egg? Go for it! Want to roast a turkey? We got you fam! Wake up to a fresh cup of morning Java either by the pot or single serve K-cup. Fret not, coffee, cream, and sugar are provided. There is a patio area with BBQ Pit and fire pit. Your basic toiletries and then some are provided as a courtesy. We would love to host you in our home! Send a message with any questions you may have.

Being centrally located, Off Tha Hook is close to almost everything. It may not be walking distance to The Beach, but a short drive or leisurely bike ride will have you at The Seawall in just "a few minutes". Other attractions like the Pleasure Pier and the Historic Strand are also just "a few minutes" away. You're on Island Time!
