Charming 3 Bedroom in desirable East Side neighborhood with off street parking for 3 cars.

HOUSE:
Enjoy your morning coffee in our gorgeous lush gardens or glass of wine next to the fire pit.

Enjoy cooking you own meals in our gourmet, eat in kitchen with island and gas range. Or walk down tree lined streets to a plethora of top notch restaurants and bars. Our home offers the option of being a garden retreat or a cozy home base to all Saratoga has to offer.

One downstairs bedroom with 2 twin size beds that can be pushed together to make a king. Two addition bedrooms upstairs. One with a king and the other with bunk bed, twin on top and full on bottom. The house comfortably fits 4-6 adults or a family w/ children. The house has 3 window AC that keeps all the bedrooms very cool and the whole house comfortable.

*** ***This is an antique Saratoga Home with only 1 bathroom on the FIRST FLOOR with a claw foot tub, you must step into to shower!! *** limited closet space****

PROPERTY:
The house in located on a corner lot. There is a carriage barn located on the back end of the property that operates as a pottery, gallery and artist studio. It is possible that this space will be open and or in use during your stay during regular business hours. Visitors will enter and exit the barn through the back side of the property and does not interfere with the rest of the property. The house and yard is completely yours.

LOCATION
.7 miles from track and .8 miles from Broadway. Walk to either on treelined sidewalks the whole way.

Looking for more to do? We are a stone’s throw away from a newly renovated park with playground, pickle ball court, hand and basketball courts. Less than 10 minutes from SPAC and Saratoga State Park, Spa and Pools.

Also only a couple miles from 87 that will take you to Lake George and the adirondecks in 30 minutes. Rt. 29 will lead you to VT’s Green Mountain is 45 minutes.

Beautiful and comfortable house with wonderful outdoor space

My family stayed in this house while visiting colleges in the area and enjoying Saratoga. It was a perfect fit for our two kids and us - two bedrooms upstairs and one in the main floor. The kitchen is bright and spacious. I loved sitting at the little bench table when I needed to use my computer or plan our day. The outdoor space was truly breathtaking. There are many little areas to enjoy and the garden is well loved. The tall trees and flowers also add a nice feeling of privacy from the road. We played pickleball, right across the street, walked to dinner on Broadway and we walked to the racetrack. Such a beautiful home in a good location. We would definitely return.

Great Location - Super Clean….& that yard and gardens!

Top to bottom, great property for our weekend stay in Saratoga Springs. Enjoyed walking to the track, downtown and around the home’s neighborhood. Very clean property with lovely gardens! We saw a lot of bunnies in the yard and our daughter loved the “kid” amenities! Family friendly.
