This house is clean, spacious, comfortable and is about a 20 minute walk to Main Street. Kelly is a fabulous host, couldn't recommend this more.

Weekend getaway with friends

The home is brand new with tasteful decorating and very comfortable. We were two couples and enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and were able to walk to town for dinner and shopping. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved Kelly’s house! We were in town for my sisters wedding at the track. You cannot beat the location. We walked to the track, to town and to Union ave. The house was beautiful, clean and easy to navigate (even having a 1 year old in tow). Truly fantastic, would stay again and recommend.

Perfect Saratoga Getaway

We couldn't have picked a better place for our Saratoga weekend! Walking distance to the best horse racing on the planet, clean rooms, new appliances, quiet street, fantastic firepit - this home had it all and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Our host was wonderful from booking to check-out and helped make our experience awesome. We are already making plans to return next year.

Was only able to get away for a couple days on short notice, but this is a perfect location to the track - a 5 minute walk. The house was beautiful and seemed brand new filled with high quality amenities. Communication with owner was great and everything went seamlessly. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home in Saratoga Springs

This was a beautiful home - everything was new and very clean. We enjoyed the proximity to the race track and also the downtown area. Didn’t take advantage of the outdoor gas fire pit but the setup of it with adirondack chairs around it would be great when the weather is a little cooler. All and all we loved it and would definitely stay there again!!

This property was a gem! The hosts were beyond accommodating and friendly. They allowed us to do an early check in and late checkout. The house was brand new, very clean and great open area to hang out in as a group. Walking distance to the racetracks so a perfect place to stay with friends to be close to the action. The beds were very comfortable and we wished that we could have stayed longer. Definitely highly recommend booking this place!

Beautiful home in the middle of it all

What can I say that hasn't been said? Kelly is a perfect host and we were lucky enough to be able to stay at this wonderful property. Close enough to walk to the track or SPAC and if you decide to stick around (which I suggest), the firepit is a great conversation point. Spacy and open concept, you won't go wrong staying here!

Great girls weekend get away!

We loved staying here! It was perfect for us 5 ladies/moms to get away for the weekend. The house is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, with a great (and easy to use) outside gas fire pit! The open layout with the stocked kitchen/dining/ living area was wonderful for hanging out and it’s close to downtown shops and restaurants (20 min walk or a quick drive). Kelly was accommodating and responsive with communication and allowed for flexible check in and check out times. Definitely recommend!

Family Trip to the Track

My family of 6 just spent a few days at Kelly's Saratoga Springs house. The accommodations were perfect. The home was clean and fresh, the beds were extremely comfortable and the layout was great for a family get together. Saratoga Race Track was a short walk. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I contacted Kelly about a small issue (caused by me) and she had it taken care of almost immediately. We'll be back.

This house has all you need for the perfect Saratoga getaway! Bring your personal belongings and the house has everything else that you'll need. Save on parking at the track and leave your car at the house. It's just a short walk (5 minutes) to the clubhouse entrance. Enjoy an evening around the fire pit out back or head downtown (5 minute drive or 20 minute walk) to enjoy one of the many amazing restaurants that Saratoga has to offer!
