Welcome to Vibe Out!

This brand new luxury 8 bedroom 8.5 bath home with private pool has just been completed and we are
now taking bookings for summer and Fall of 2023!

Vibe Out is a 3 story private home with a private heated pool in the Frangista beach community. This stunning home feature 7 master bedrooms with king beds and private bathrooms, as well an 8th bedroom with 3 full bunks and a private bathroom.

Just blocks and centrally located from whales tail and pompano joes, yet still tucked away in a gated neighborhood.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need to host large family dinners, or grill out on the large propane grill while the kids swim.

Each bedroom has a large smart TV and it’s own private bathroom. There is also a half bath connected to the pool area.

Nice Property Just needs a few Tweaks.

The Property and Location are both pretty nice. If you are going with a sizeable party as the listing says it accommodate there are a few things to be aware of and I am sure the owner may take care of these. There isn't much parking available for large families, The bathtubs we stained pretty bad and we were told that it was a mess up from the contractors but we were able to remove some of the grime, the dining table was small with hard iron chairs like in a coffeeshop, this may be simple but there are NO toilet tissue holders so once you use the tissue you just have to put it on the floor. The showers are really small and can't turn the shower heads to get full body wash. I plugged the iron in the bedroom and the lights went out, tripped a breaker. There is no regular cable channels in any of the rooms so be prepared to bring firestick or log into one of your personal streaming platforms. Lastly there are no dressers in the bedrooms to unpack your clothes and closets has no hangers, so we pretty much lived out the suitcase. Despite these few items the property is not far from beach and golfcart is a nice add on to the property.

Amazing home!

This was just a quick trip, but it was one that we won’t soon forget! The home is brand new and beautifully done. There was plenty of room to spread out so we didn’t feel like we were constantly on top of each other. The beds are sooooooo comfortable, as soon as we arrived home we ordered the same ones! The kitchen is completely stocked and cooking was easy for days when we stayed in. The pool is very private and was so nice on the chilly nights. The beach is very close even though it was a little too cold for us to enjoy. We opted to not use the private beach but to take the golf cart to whales tail instead because of the beach bar and bathrooms. I can’t say enough good things about this home and the owner. We can’t wait to come back!!

Beautiful Vacation Home

We rented this home to get the family together for a 40ieth anniversary celebration. The house easily accommodated everyone with its spacious common areas. The heated pool was wonderful and the kitchen was well stocked to serve our cooking needs. We brought games of our own but it was really nice that the host provided games which everyone enjoyed. It’s a very nice neighbourhood within walking distance of the beach but if you’d prefer not to walk there is a golf cart. Everyone in our group agreed we would absolutely return.
