The Snazzy Coconut is an impressive & luxurious new home! Has a Private Pool, Located in a Gated Community. This 3 story home has a great “away from it all” feel! With a 3rd floor loft & a classic arcade area! A free 6 Passenger Golf Cart(LSV) is included.

The Neighborhood:
This brand new home is located in the private gated neighborhood Villas of Frangista in Miramar Beach, FL. The Snazzy Coconut home is just about two blocks from the sugar white sand and the emerald waters of the beautiful Gulf Coast. Villas of Frangista also offers its own Private Deeded Beach Access.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is via golf cart! Some folks also enjoy walking to the private deeded beach access at the end of Hollywood St.

Other Things to Note:
Private beach access only provides access to the beach. There is no: parking, restrooms, showers, easy access ramps, restaurants, or playgrounds at the private beach access.
There are two large public beach access points with all the amenities you'll need for a day at the beach within one mile of the home, located at Pompano Joe's and Whale's Tale.

Family Spring Break

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the house. Travel Life was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We would definitely stay again.

Grizzell Destin vacation

Overall it was a beautiful home and we would rent again! Pool was small but kids enjoyed it everyday but one! Floors and rugs may have been rushed before we came in! They weren’t very clean! I would suggest a dust pan so when renters clean up they have an easy way to sweep up! Lots of room for big families!

Simple Florida rental

The listing was very accurate and instructions were in good detail via the website. There was some confusion on the private beach access, as there are no actual wristbands you need as described, just need the gate code, which we had to search for. Would be nice to just list all the codes needed in a simple email/text. The house was stocked with very basic essentials. Felt kind of cheap to only supply one toilet paper roll per bathroom, obviously that's not enough for a multiple night stay here. Plenty of dishes and utensils though. House seems cheaply made, but is adequate for what we needed. Shower pressure is very poor, which is a big deal when you're trying to get sand off of everything. Front door closing shook the whole house, especially the two downstairs bedrooms next to it. Also of note is it's a far walk by foot to the beach, and no car parking near the private entrance. The golf cart was nice to have for short trips, but when the whole house was going to the beach it was easier to just drive to the public beach. Pool was clean, and plenty of parking for 6+ cars if needed.

Summer vacation

We had a great time at this rental property. This was our first time vacationing in Florida and the pool made the hot days cooler! Property has everything thats needed for a more than comfortable stay.
