Welcome to my studio in the heart of Moema.

The studio has 30 square meters of space. To make you feel at home it includes furniture, small fridge, microwave, dishware, bedding, blankets, bath and hand towels, soap, shampoo and air conditioning.

You will have access to cable TV, dedicated 120 Mbps WiFi, full gym (free weights, machines, cardio equipment), pool, sauna and underground free parking.

Daily light cleaning (making bed, trash removal, dusting) service is included in the booking!

My place is within walking distance to all kinds of shopping, public transportation, Ibirapuera park and restaurants in a very safe and walk-able tree lined neighborhood. You can access Moema Metro station (Lilac / Purple) line in less than 2 minutes on foot.

Congonhas (CGH) airport is only 2.7 km (1.68 miles) away. Uber is plenty, cheap and readily available in my neighborhood. You'd love it, I guarantee it!
